The CertiK Foundation vision is to empower people to trust in block-chain. They create cutting-edge technology and trustworthy systems with the aim to raise the standards of security. CertiK Chain is a Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) block-chain created by Certik Foundation were block-chain infrastructure and dApps can be build on. The CertiK Chain works in synergy with the Security Oracle, the CertiKShield Reimbursement Pool, and a secure programming language (DeepSEA) to ensure the security of different types of block-chain is at the highest standards, from development to post-deployment.
CertiK (CTK) is the native utility token of the CertiK ecosystem platform and is used for gas consumption for smart contract operations, staking and rewarding, collateral and reimbursements for CertiKShield, participating in the Security Oracle network and community voting for decentralized network governance.
The CertiK chain segments
CertiK Chain includes four segments: the Security Oracle, CertiKShield, DeepSEA and the CertiK Virtual Machine (CVM). The Security Oracle is the on-chain translations guardian, protecting the projects from attacks, while the CertiKShield offers decentralized reimbursements of lost, stolen, or inaccessible crypto assets of any block-chain network due to security issues. The secure programming language is called DeepSEA and the CertiK Virtual Machine enables users to access, check, and incorporate smart contract and block-chain security information. CertiK has committed 1,000,000 CTK to be used to fund the BINANCE Smart Chain CertiKShield Reimbursement Pool, from where members can receive compensations in case of theft or code malfunction. The Certik chain will provide security across the entire life cycle, from pre-development to post-development.
The risk begins with the idea, long before the source code is created. Even if the code was written securely, the program may not work as planed. CertiK will provide formal verification to see if the source code will match the intended specifications. The secure language can be created into the DeepSEA toolchain, allowing the code to be automatically secure and correct. Once the code is live, professional audits will identify vulnerabilities in the code. The professional security audits will take place before the public launch and will test the code's hacking resistance.
CertiKShield
CertiKShield was created to provide provable trust for all projects, from development to launch, and beyond that. It is used to audit the security of block-chain and protocols, and up to date, has concluded 101 audits for 76 projects. Maybe you don't know this, but CertiKShield has secured and audited projects for Aave, Akropolis, Ampleforth, Bancor, Band, Binance, Emoney, Icon Foundation, Kava, Matic, ONT, Paxos, Swipe, Terra, Tether, Thorchain and many more. Hyundai is one of the international companies that are using CertiKShield for security purpose.
Binance LaunchPool
CertiK (CTK) is the 6th Binance Launchpool project. This campaign has three separate pools where users can stake their tokens over a 12-16 days period. The available pools are Binance Coin (BNB), Binance USE (BUSD) and CertiK (CTK). The Certik (CTK) listing on Binance is set for next Tuesday, the 27th of October, at 8:00 AM (UTC), with CTK/BTC, CTK/BNB, CTK/BUSD and CTK/USDT trading pairs.
CertiK (CTK) has a 100,000,000 CTK Total Token Supply. The Launchpool will distribute 1.5% of the total supply (1,500,000 CTK) with no upper limit for staking and farming.
