Binance’s American partner exchange, Binance.US, is preparing to upgrade its referral program to include commissions from trading fees.
As we discovered when using the exchange on Monday, the team recently added “Commission Rate” and “Total Referral Bonus” to its referral page, in addition to the current “Fiat Account Verification” bonus. Notably, the change came in the last 24 hours.
While there has been no announcement from the BINANCE US team regarding the new functionality — although it has been an expected addition — it will likely mirror the program that has had great success on the main Binance platform.
This move is likely in an effort to boost daily trading volumes, as many altcoin trading pairs still have less than 1 BTC in volume.
Binance.US did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
