Apple CEO say that he is against the apple owning it's own cryptocurrency. He also expressed an opinion saying huge tech companies should not try to gain power by launching it's own cryptocurrency.
This opinion came when Facebook announced about the it's plan to launch own cryptocurrency (Libra) . When reporter asked whether Apple should also follow the same footstep. Tim Cook replied , "Private Company shouldn’t be looking to gain power by launching it's own cryptocurrency."
It shows that there is no intention of Apple CEO Tim Cook to launch it's own cryptocurrency. It is pretty sure that Apple is not going toward launching it's own cryptocurrency.
