I've been moving money all around on BSC to take advantage of the dip, but I had to switch back to Ethereum Network just to ghost a transaction to laugh at it.

The future is interoperable. ETH 2.0 is months away, and no layer 2 solution is going to fix this nonsense. Get the fuck off of ETH until they get their shit together.
