The volume of funds in cryptocurrency funds managed by Grayscale Investments reached $5.1 billion. Over the past 11 days, inflows have totaled $1 billion.
Since the previous update 11 days ago, the inflow to the bitcoin trust was $782 million, to the Ethereum trust - $174 million, to the ETC and LTC-based trusts - $12.7 million and $6.7 million, respectively.
Of the total, $4.31 billion is accounted for by GBTC, the company's flagship bitcoin trust. The growth may be more due to the Deposit of cryptocurrency in exchange for the Fund's shares.
Earlier, Messari analyst Ryan Watkins concluded that Grayscale had acquired only 31% of the bitcoins mined since halving.
The amount of funds in Grayscale Ethereum Trust is $581.7 million, or 11% of the total amount. $80.4 million is held in the Grayscale Ethereum Classic Trust.
