First you will need to download the android .apk directly from their website. (it's not yet live on the Google Play store, but may be soon) :

I suggest to download direct from your phone. (about 26.5MB) and install there. Depending on your security settings, you may need to relax them to allow apps to install not from the Google Play store.
Once you install it on your phone, it will open to a simple screen, you will be asked to create a new Wallet. (this is what we want to do so we can put all our PUBLISH0X LRC in, and also gain the rewards for the next 30 days)
It will ask you for an invite code or to skip. You can use my code : 000588 (please and thank you) or skip if you prefer
It will go through and ask you to create a ENS address, this is a feature of the new LRC Wallet that can be used forever, it consolidates all your multiple addresses, just choose something fancy and fun. It is free for anything over 7 characters ... There is no check-verification until you hit submit. So if you choose Bitcoin.loopring.eth it will not tell you it's already taken until you hit submit.
Next it will ask you to make your deposit. To get into the Withdrawal Mining awards program, you need it to come from a CEX. COINBASE will work fine ... so either buy or transfer 1,000 LRC, 200USDT, or 0.6ETH. (which is the most expensive right now ... curious they used a fixed-coded amount, and not referencing their own exchange values so it's an even $200 across the board)
Once you select which Crypto you want to transfer, you will be given an address : carefully copy that address into the send field of your exchange and hit process ... it will take about :10 min ... once you see that the transfer has gone through on the exchange and been "completed" (it's been recorded in the chain) go back to the Loopring Wallet on your Android
near the top of the screen select the icon and you will be able to select that funds have been sent. This will instruct the wallet to begin looking to receive the funds ...
This could take some time . . . for me it was about :10 before the wallet saw the funds, and then it will go directly to the free wallet creation.
You'll see the spinning wheel at the top of the blue screen saying that it's waiting for funds to confirm, then it will slightly change to "setting up wallet" ... each of these can take between :5-:10 min ... so be patient.
Once you've gotten there ... you should see the main screen eventually, with two tiers. L1 and L2
The funds you just sent should be in the L1 tier, and to gain the extra 2x rewards (now we're up to x4) .. you need to move them into the L2. To do this select the L1 level, then select the Crypto you received. There are two "transfer" buttons, the orange button is to transfer to a different address, the blue button is to transfer to the L2. Select the blue "transfer" button
Loopring themselves are covering the transfer costs (for now) .. but you will still need to cover the Miner fee. The screen should show a transfer to "myself" from "My L1" to "My L2" ... on the next screen you can select the amount you wish to transfer. (or "all out" to select 100%)
Proceed to the next screen and initiate the transfer ... My ETH took about :10 min to arrive .... so be patient.
Now you are all set to be gaining 4x rewards for the next month. To boost it even more, you can add Guardians. (BE SURE THESE ARE ADDRESSES YOU TRUST OR CONTROL)
To do this select the "Me" account button on the lower right hand side. Then select "Guardian Management" and "Who Protects me" By default you have the Loopring official guardian, add 2x more address under "Add Guardian" and you will gain another 2x rewards (now up to 6x)
Finally you can use the internal exchange to buy some LRC (all LRC get's x2, so now up to 8x) or you can wait till Nov 27th and update the app to be upgraded to the latest 3.6 version .. (which also gives you another 2x ... now we're up to 10x, but the max allowed is 8x)
