The crypto ecosystem and mining ecosystem is rapidly growing. But as the ecosystem grows, the difficulty and impossibility of traditional systems come up.
I’m starting to see a lot of miners getting tired about machine maintenance, machine cooling, electricity costs, technical problems, burned out CPU or GPUs bla bla.. We will step into a new era in mining with Stacks.
If you are interested in trying out STX Mining before the mainnet launch, there is very useful resources for that.
I’d like to point out that miners doesn’t have to suffer this complexity.
There are so simple, accessible and sustainable a new generation mining model. In the next parts of the article I will talk about the other details and my experiences in TestNet, but i must say it’s exciting!

In my experiences, STX Mining is pretty comfortable. Because STX Mining doesn't require any special hardware. Miners simply spend testnet Bitcoin to compete to mine. So, you don’t have to strain your computer’s hardwares while mining. Why should you tire yourself and your hardwares mate? :) Additionally the mining guides are very useful and community is very helpful. You can become testnet a miner too with just a little effort! I suggest you follow the guide carefully.
