Reach Out To TheoremReach Customer Support

Have you ever had a error occurring while completing a survey via TheoremReach? Or Maybe, 10 minutes in, the survey all together freezes and you lose any reward? This happens to me on a regular basis given the amount of surveys I attempt every day, most of the time I don't pay attention and carry on. Or at least, I used to not paying attention and carrying on. When these issues happen, trying reaching out to TheoremReach customer support could get you some coins back.

Once in a while, I'm several minutes deep in a survey, I'm a good demographic for the survey and the whole thing crashes and it's over. This is 5 or 10 minutes completely wasted. A few weeks ago I had decided to contact the customer support just to see what would happen. I've reached out to them 3 times in the past few weeks, including twice this week. Surprisingly, it worked!

Given the fast responsiveness and the compensation they gave me without any further questions, I'm now inclined to report anything and everything providing it's a legit request. If you are not doing it, you might leaving some coins on the table.

 

TheoremReach Surveys

Whether I complete surveys on Cointiply or FireFaucet, TheoremReach is my favorite survey provider. It works great on all platforms - desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phone. They have surveys of all shapes, sizes and length. Most of all, they always pay a little something (which sometimes can be big) for trying out a survey and not qualifying for the whole thing.

Cointiply pays you in points, FireFaucet in ACP (Auto Claim Points) and other faucets/website may pay you with another "currency". Surveys are the best way earn a lot coins (and Satoshi in the end) very fast, at a much faster pace than PTC or just claiming a faucet. Finding the best reward/time is key to optimizing your earnings of course. I have been meaning to dedicate a whole article to surveys, especially on Cointiply, so I'll stop here for that.

What brings me today is what to do when the survey crashes or is unresponsive and you have no choice but to quit/close the tab.

 

The Customer Support Is Your Friend

With TheoremReach, when you quit a survey prematurely you are likely to land on that kind of page:

As I mentioned, often enough the bug occurs very early in the survey or even as the survey is loading and I usually click on "The survey page had an error", give it a 0 or 1 star rating, click "SUBMIT" and move on to the next survey.

Occasionally, they survey crashes or freezes right in the middle of it, while I was rightfully qualified for the whole thing! When this happens, you don't get any reward, not even a participating reward, you are left with this "What Went Wrong" page. If you feel like you deserve something and that TheoremReach support staff should know about it, go to "Other", you will be prompted to this page:

Enter your email address (the one you give to register to the faucet website anyway) and give a few details about what happened. It can be as simple as "The survey froze at the first question and would not continue. Tried to refresh but didn't do much. Was on mobile phone." That's actually what happened to me recently, and this is what I said! A few hours later...

It doesn't seem much but 153 coins is actually more than the typical 51 coins you get when you try a survey and get disqualified after the first question. It doesn't seem much but if you don't ask you won't get anything. It's not much but it can get better, here is what I got the very next day for a survey that let me down half way:

This was the 3rd time I reached out to the customer support and third time I get compensated. Yes, so far they always gave me something. Certainly I would not abuse this and all my requests where legit and while I was trying to complete a survey I was dully qualified for.

Given the outcomes, I won't hesitate from now on to fill a complaint every time a survey bugs on me. I'm sure this happened to some, if not all, of us. Maybe you were brushing over the possibility to get compensated even when the survey crashed on you. Now you know, get your coins back friends!
