I'm back again with a random post.
Did a lot of small little tasks today, and felt more productive than the days before. I'm not going to disclose all those tasks because they are top secret LOL. what I can disclose is what I ate.
breakfast: a glass of water, coffee, banana, passion fruit
lunch: bread, ham, hot sauce, glass of water
dinner: salmon, pangasius, mussels, surimi, curry cream sauce, pasta
snacks: an orange, tortilla + salsa, tea, 4 almonds,
I went for a run in the late morning but it did not go well, I listened to my body and made it a little shorter today. Normally I push myself more (David Goggins style lol) but felt a bit sick the days before so taking it easier now. did some muscle exercises at home, not too much and nothing special. 2 short walks with the dog, I have to count them too.
Watched 'killer elite' on Netflix, not bad but also not that good. hopefully, I can manage to do more of the little tasks on my list today as I have a few hours left before I go to bed. planned my day a bit for tomorrow but not precise enough so it is going to be a bit of chaos I think. Maybe that's the plan for the rest of the day to get more structure in my plan for tomorrow.
I tried something out with a YT video and shared the link to the video again on a few platforms to see if I get a lot more engagement through the link sharing after more than a year after uploading but this was more of a fail.
Short post again today but at least I got another post in today. I think tomorrow there will be another random what did I do today post in the evening.
