In episode 34 of Web3 Global Talks the theme, with the beginning of the new year, was about new year's resolutions, what each of the projects intends to achieve in 2024. An interesting point is that some answers addressed the same point, which shows a consensus between the projects on what should be worked on.
In this edition, if I'm not mistaken, there were 8 projects present, which answered the Co-Host's questions. Among them we had: Sphynx Labs, Suku World, BlockchainPH, Stasis, AFEN, NomadFulcrum, Tentacle Lodge (the most unique) and PawChain (I've seen it several times in space). And in this post I'm going to talk about some of them and the answers they gave.

Introduction of the Projects
At the start of the Space each speaker gave a brief explanation of the project they were representing: Sphynx Labs is a Cryptopayment for web3 with more pairs coming; Suku World is a web3 onboarding platform, an easy wallet for new people; BlockchainPH is a web3 marketing digital company based on ph; is an european fintech company that has euro based stablecoin; PAWChain is one of the projects I always see participating at the Space, they create tools to help other projects, and they are creating a way to connect all the EVM chains making transactions easier and not crosschain.
At the introduction phase Tentacle Lodge was one that shared many details. It is a platform for nft artists and entertainers to showcase their projects with opportunity to grow. It'll have a Tentaverse to share the arts and a tournament for the artistis to show their talents and earn prizes.
The host asked the reason for the squid theme, and Tentacle Lodge said it was inspired at an episode of Sponge Bog where Squid met at a piramid. He also said is protected against copyright, but the art still reminds too much of the show, so it's better to DYOR.

New Year's Resolution
After introducing the projects, co-hos VYBX asked participants what their New Year's resolutions were, that is, what they intend to achieve in 2024. The main answers were around education, organization and project updates .
PawChain announced the theme of the importance of education now in 2024, publicizing the importance of researching the background of each topic and teaching people how to do this. After all, as the cryptographic space evolves quickly, people need to learn to adapt and with the bullrun knocking on the door, there will be new people entering and learning about blockchain for the first time.
Tom from Suku Work and Sphynx spoke about the importance of organizing. Tom pointed out using the portfolio tracker which helped him see how his trades are going. At this point I believe that watching it too often can be bad because it makes you anxious and the best thing would be to do sports in places where you are confident enough to not need to watch it. Sphynx already talked about the issue of delegating specific parts of the day to do something, because as the world is very connected it is focused on a single difficult subject.
Finally, each one pointed out what the projects would also focus on. Tentacle Lodge intends to launch its metaverse in January and also the tournament on Twitch. Stasis said I plan to participate in more events this year.
What is the First thing you're going to do when going to web3 Dubai?
The last question of the event is about what would be the first thing they would do at the crypto event in dubai and in general the answers involved: Networking and Marketing. With also some different answers.
In the most unique responses we had Stasis, who would go to the beach and then look for ways to publicize the event, and Tentacle who would take advantage of the sunny weather and then do some giveawyas to attract the public's attention. Suku World and Sphynx are interested in marketing, the objective is to onboard people, taking to the streets and presenting their projects. BlockchainPH said it would visit some customers. Finally, PAWchain showed interest in Networking, talking to other projects to understand their needs and creating tools to help them.

No episodio 34 do Web3 Global Talks o tema, ainda com o inicio do novo ano, foi sobre as resolucoes de ano novo, o que cada um dos projetos pretende alcancar nesse ano de 2024. Um ponto interessante e que algumas respostas abordaram o mesmo ponto, o que mostra um concenso entre os projetos no que deve ser trabalhado.
Nessa edicao, se eu nao estiver enganado, tiveram 8 projetos presentes, e que responderam as perguntas do Co-Host. Introducao dos Projetos
No inicio do Espaco cada palestrante deu uma breve explicacao do projeto que representava: Sphynx Labs e um Cryptopayment para web3 com mais pares chegando; Suku World e uma plataforma de integracao web3, uma carteira facil para novas pessoas; BlockchainPH e uma empresa de marketing digital web3 baseada em ph; e uma empresa europeia de fintech que possui stablecoin baseada em euros; PAWChain e um dos projetos que sempre vejo participando do Espaco, eles criam ferramentas para ajudar outros projetos, e estao criando uma forma de conectar todas as cadeias EVM tornando as transacoes mais faceis e nao cruzadas.
Na fase de introducao, Tentacle Lodge compartilhou muitos detalhes. E uma plataforma para artistas e artistas NFT apresentarem seus projetos com oportunidades de crescimento. Tera um Tentaverse para compartilhar as artes e um torneio para os artistas mostrarem seus talentos e ganharem premios.
O apresentador perguntou o motivo do tema Lula, e Tentacle Lodge disse que foi inspirado em um episodio de Sponge Bog, onde Lula se encontrou em uma piramide. Ele tambem disse que e protegido contra direitos autorais, mas a arte ainda lembra muito a mostra, entao e melhor fazer DYOR.

New Years Resolution
Depois da introducao dos projetos, o co-hos VYBX perguntou aos participantes quais foram as resolucoes de ano novo, ou seja, o que eles pretendem alcancar em 2024. As respostas principais foram em torno de educacao, organizacao e updates nos projetos.
PawChain levantou o tema da importancia da educacao agora em 2024, divulgando a importancia de pesquisar a fundo cada tema e ensinar as pessoas a como fazer isso. afinal, como o espaco crypto evolui de forma rapida, as pessoas precisam aprender a se adaptar e com o bullrun batendo na porta, vai ter gente nova entrando e conhecendo a blockchain pela primeira vez.
Tom do Suku Work e Sphynx, falaram sobre a importancia de se organizar. Tom pontuou o seu uso de porfolio tracker que o ajudou a ver como suas trades estam indo. Nesse ponto eu acredito que ficar vendo com frequencia possa ser ruim porque te deixa ancioso e o melhor seria fazer aportes em ativos em que voce tenha confianca o suficiente para nao precisar ficar acompanhando. Ja Sphynx falou sobre a questao de delegar partes especificar do dia para fazer algo, porque como o mundo esta muito conectado e dificil focar em um unico assunto.
Por fim, cada um pontuou no que os projetos iriam focar tambem. O Tentacle Lodge pretende lancar o seu metaverso em janeiro e tambem o torneio na twitch. Stasis disse que pretendem participar de mais eventos nesse ano.
Qual seria a primeira coisa que voce faria se fosse ao evento de WEB3 em Dubai?
A ultima pergunta do evento e sobre qual seria a primeira coisa que eles fariam no evento de crypto em dubai e no geral as respostas envolveram: Networking e Marketing. Com tambem alguns respostas diferentes.
Nas resposta mais unicas tivemos o Stasis, que iria para a praia e depois procuraria formas de divulgar sobre o evento, e o Tentacle que ia aproveitar o clima ensolarado e depois faria uns giveawyas para atrair a atencao do publico. Suku World e Sphynx tem interesse em fazer marketing, o objetivo e o onboarding de pessoas, indo para as ruas e apresentando seus projetos. O BlockchainPH disse que visitaria alguns clientes. Por fim o PAWchain mostrou interesse no Networking, falar com outros projetos para entender suas necessidades para assim criar ferramentas para ajuda-los.
