...both, both are good.

Hello people! Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderfull Christmas and time since i last wrote... and i'm sorry for going MIA all this time but i lost someone dear and had to do projects every single week, didn't have time to live pratically, Uni is hellish T-T and now there will be exams season,help... Annyway today we speak about exercise precisely running and walking.

Runningwalking are both excellent forms of exercise that offer numerous benefits to the human body. While each activity has its advantages and drawbacks, they contribute differently to physical health, endurance, and overall well-being.

Running, known for its high-intensity nature, offers a plethora of benefits. Firstly, it significantly boosts cardiovascular health by strengthening the heart and improving circulation. This high-impact exercise helps in burning calories efficiently, controlling inflammation, aiding weight management and enhancing metabolism which can lead to a healthier body composition. Furthermore, running stimulates the release of endorphins (the body's natural mood elevators) reducing stress levels and promoting mental well-being and sleep; it also makes the hippocampus grow over time, so your memory improves significantly. However, the high impact of running can also pose risks, such as joint stress (still it improves the knee health if you run not professionally), potential injury, and a higher level of exertion making it unsuitable for some individuals, especially those with joint problems or certain health conditions.

Conversely, walking is a low-impact exercise and offers its own set of benefits. It serves as an accessible form of physical activity for individuals of various fitness levels, tones the body, boosts the immune system, gives energy as strange as it sounds, helps maintain joint health (especially in older adults), it contributes to improving cardiovascular health (those who go slowly go healthy and go far) and aids in managing blood pressure and cholesterol levels; walking can be easily incorporated into daily routines, making it a sustainable exercise for long-term health benefits. However, its lower intensity might require longer durations to achieve similar calorie-burning effects as running, and it might not offer the same level of fitness gains as running for those seeking higher performance or more significant challenges or simply wants results faster.

In conclusion, both running and walking have their distinct advantages for the body. Running, with its higher intensity, provides a more efficient calorie burn and a potent cardiovascular workout but comes with a higher risk of injury and may not be suitable for everyone. On the other hand, walking, with its low-impact nature and accessibility, offers a more sustainable form of exercise that is gentle on the joints but might require longer durations to achieve certain fitness goals. You just needs to choose what you feel is best for you in that moment but also think of your condition (general health, illnessis that you might have, your fisique, time you actually have for the activity, ecc.),we want to make improvements not problems!
