Trust Machines plans to make key hires in H1 2022 to grow out its roster of Web3 talent.

Trust Machines, a startup building the largest ecosystem of Bitcoin and expanding its utility, announced today that Aubrey Strobel former Head of Communications at leading bitcoin rewards app, Lolli has joined Trust Machines as a marketing and communications advisor. Additionally, the company has hired  Binance.US’s former Head of Exchange Rena Shah as its new Head of Strategy and Operations.

Strobel brings six years of comms and marketing experience in the blockchain industry to Trust Machines. Her work at Lolli has grown it to hundreds of thousands of users across the US. Additionally, she is an influencer, author, and advocate for the adoption of Bitcoin — her work has been featured in Newsweek, CNN, NBC and more.

Before joining Lolli, Strobel led the accounts of high-profile crypto projects such as Coindesk, providing support and logistics coordination for the latter’s flagship Consensus blockchain industry conference.

Strobel will assist Trust Machines with communications and marketing, helping to launch Bitcoin apps and expand Bitcoin’s narrative as the best settlement layer for Web3.

While heading up Binance.US, Shah racked up some impressive achievements, helping the exchange to exceed $3 billion in daily trading volume and growing its customer base to over three million users. During her tenure, she helped to evaluate more than 50 new asset listings, launched the platform’s new liquidity management features, and played a key role in Binance’s metaverse expansion by building Binance.US’s virtual headquarters in Decentraland.

Prior to her tenure at Binance.US, Shah served as the Director of Business Development at Apifiny, an institutional trade settlement venue, where she authored the whitepaper for the USD Digital stablecoin, developed its institutional strategy and helped to close on key partnerships. Shah also served as the Head of Operations and an Advisor at Ember Fund, a crypto investing app that lets individuals invest like a hedge fund. Shah is currently an advisor at Tribe Capital, a $1.5B venture capital fund and Flycoin, a frequent flyer company revolutionizing the travel rewards and loyalty industry.

Shah joins Trust Machines as Head of Operations and Strategy, helping usher in the next wave of adoption and ecosystem unlocks for Bitcoin applications.
