A colony (virtual land) sale is slated to take place in Q1 2022. Colonies serve as the digital real estate of the Tinyverse, and each comes with different rarities and unique in-game bonuses. Although it is not required to own a Colony to play the game, doing so allows players to secure their spot in the Tinyverse, collect tax from other players who choose to play in their colony and enjoy other exciting perks.
Tiny Colony will be playable in early access late Q1 2022. Early access will include construction & management simulator base-building features, which serve as the foundation of the Tiny Colony game. With each roadmap milestone, a new game mode and a slew of exciting NFTs will be released.
Looking ahead, the roadmap for the rest of 2022 through early 2023 will be characterized by quarterly releases of new in-game battle functionality. In the Tiny Colony Gladiator Arena, players will be able to go head-to-head with another player. In the Battle Arena, teams of up to 5 players will be able to engage in combat at once. In late 2022, players can form alliances, make clans and participate in Tiny Wars to collect some of the largest rewards offered in the Tinyverse.
