Hi guys i am back again with another episode on why i think Polkadot is a good investment which can payout handsomely in a few years to come. So i am going to do a short analysis considering all the factors necessary for a good investment asset and the technical analysis aswel.
What makes it Special
Polkadot is special in the sense that it is a unique blockchain and maybe the first of its own kind as it promotes and in-cooperate cross-chain amongst different networks or maybe just to be short and precise we can say it is a multi-chain which process date from different external chains and it is scalable.
Lets check the 3 factors:
- Market Capitalization
- Total Supply
- Price
Considering that Polkadot was launched in August 2020 if you see it market capitalization you will see that it is not that bad as it is standing at $26,507,029,304 and it is ranked number 8 and it has maintained that position for some time which is a good sign. It has been ranging around $4 billion until January 2021 it went to $7 Billion and ever since that it has been soaring now its at $26 Billion.
Supply and demand plays a significant role in crypto assets and it determines the price. It has a supply of 1,074,924,882 which is a bit higher though but its functionality overrides this as it has many uses and therefore creates demand.
Lastly the price started at around $2 per coin and it was always bullish ever since it was launched and now its $28.35 per coin. I expect it to surpass 3 figures in a few years to come so you can consider looking into it maybe you can see something beyond what i am seeing in this asset.
