Who Said Nothing In Life Is Free?
Recently I had a chance to discuss the vast possibilities that Non-Fungible Tokens(NFTs) have with bantano, Founder of cryptomonKeys. CryptomonKeys are freely distributed digital trading cards, minted as NFTs on the WAX blockchain. The project was launched on September 19, 2020, by the co-founders SoggyApplePie and bantano, both core team members of the cryptocurrency project BANANO.
The vision behind cryptomonKeys is to create a collectible digital trading card series they themselves would like to collect: Clear-cut cards with detailed artwork, no shenanigans but instead defined rarity and collection concept paired with constant output. Their focus is on building a fun community within an educational and welcoming atmosphere.
The community engagement is fun with an all-around family feel, I recently received my first airdrop of the cryptomonKeys The Market Maker! I was actually excited about this acquisition to the point of spending most of my day showing my 7 yr old son and 8 yr old daughter the cryptomonKeys concept and art that they loved even more. All in all, I was super pleased with the whole experience, but it really showed me what the concept is reaching to do. Teach young, middle-aged, or old how giving something created with the love of a pure heart will mean so much in times like these.
