Starting in Romania, the platform REITIS offers investors to invest in Real Estate "based on Digital Technology and Smart Contract, which provides Fractional Property Ownership (FPO) and Passive Income Investment Plan (PIIP) to online investors."
Investments start at €100 and at the moment there are two projects in Iasi, the second largest city of Romania. The interest is 11%, so these projects are really great opportunities for investing in Real Estate.
Invest in square meters/feet
The REITIS platform has its own token called XREI. The value is €800, equivalent of 1 square meter (or square feet) of an apartment. Payments can be made in EUR and BTC and the investments are covered by legal physical contracts.
Beta stage
The project is currently in Beta stage. According to the website "In the Q3-2020 members will be able to become real estate owners by investing in carefully selected real estate projects across Europe". The goal of REITIS is to operate globally in the future.
