Curating on leo is more efficient than ever, now with the linear curation curve and the flat 50/50 without time limitations, i believe that many people will switch to a more manual curation approach, which will brings more value to the platform. I mean that there is no real reason to auto vote (except the time which is always precious) almost everything and not engage with the content creators. The previous system was completely in favour to insta auto voters, the faster you vote the more you got. That brought many people (including myself) to change their voting habits, speaking about my self it's not that i completely change to auto vote, but i did it in a certain point to cover somehow the potential "loss" (I've just set some auto votes to some confirmed good content creators such as @taskmaster4450, @dalz and my senpai @trumpman). Although for me it want change much (because of my limited time, i have always some autovotes on) many will change, that will bring more engagement which means that the possibility of a good content get rewarded properly increase significantly.
In conclusion, i completely agree with that change. Many could say that it's not perfect and various other things, but i believe that is the best solution for now. Nobody can stop the evolution, if there's a better way i strongly believe that the dev team will make it happen.
In the meantime i have planned to sell some leo and make my move on #BRO that i want to add in my portfolio, but with the current change i have to reconsider again.
