Survival Shooters are fun games to play. You don't have to think much. Just run your trigger and keep shooting at some specific places where you may find the enemies. Now such games are coming into the blockchain. And there would be surely rewards and the quests along the way for such games where the NFTs and the token would reside. Kind of same is possible here in case of the Afterlands.
Afterlands is a blockchain based game which is currently deployed on the WAX blockchain. It is currently opened in alpha and is available on the Elixir platform for you to check out. You can download the Elixir launcher and then get access to the game.
Let's talk about some of the specifics of the game. The game has the ALEC and AFL two tokens which you would be making use for internal purchases and other marketplace considering it's WAX based and you'd be able to get to use it as you play the game.
Now speaking of the type of the game, a lot of it would remind you of the borderlands and the Serious Sam game. And a lot of it is one shot play as you don't have too many lives. Just one. You have to finish monster, survive and try to get some of the required resources along the way.
It has the Play to Earn model and you'd be earning tokens as you win some of the PVP battles and the quests that the game would be getting. Graphically the game may appear too much heavy and the light would get strained on your eyes. But that's just my opinion. And in near future I am sure more levels and the roadmap towards the game gets more depth.
