I can't help myself but when it comes to crypto-related ads then I just can't skip them. This is probably also a reason why I really like using the BRAVE Browser to browse the web.

Borrow Function
The next thing that you can do with your Abra wallet is borrowing US dollar stablecoins. You can simply use the crypto that you are already holding in your wallet as collateral. As you are using the cryptos from your wallet as collateral, there won't be any credit checks from Abra.
The stablecoins for borrowing are $TUSD, $USDC, and $PAX and you can only use Bitcoin and Ethereum as collateral.
The interest rate on the borrowed loan will be calculated by the loan-to-value ratio and the duration. In some cases, the interest rate is even 0%.
Earn Interest Function
Finally, Abra also allows eligible users to earn interest on their cryptocurrencies. Currently, you can earn interest on the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin ($BTC), Ethereum ($ETH), Stellar Lumens ($XLM), Cardano ($ADA), USD Coin ($USDC), Tether ($USDT), TrueUSD ($TUSD), and Paxos ($PAX).
The interest rates do not only vary by the type of asset but they are also subject to change. Please, check the current interest rates in your wallet.
The $CPRX Token
The Crypto Perx token, in short, $CPRX is an Ethereum, ERC-20 based utility token created by the Crypto Banking Alliance.
There are different use-cases for the $CPRX token in the Abra wallet. For all trades that you are performing in the Abra wallet, you will get a cashback in $CPRX tokens.
Then you can also get a bonus yield on your interest for lending your crypto. This means that you can not only earn the regular interest on held crypto but you can also get a bonus APY paid in $CPRX tokens on top.
The same applies to borrowing as you get paid some $CPRY tokens to hold a loan. Any outstanding loan, even the 0% APY loan, is rewarded with $CPRX tokens.
For one next 30 days, these rates are boosted and you get 2.5% cashback on trades and a 5% bonus in $CPRX tokens for borrowing and lending.

Now verify your account to unlock all functions which means doing a simple KYC. From my personal experience, it was the easiest KYC that I have ever done. It was approved immediately after submitting the details.
The next step is to fund your wallet with at least $15 in any supported cryptocurrency. I recommend sending a little bit more than $15 as cryptocurrencies can fluctuate and if only one cent less arrives in your wallet, you are not matching the criteria. So better make it something like $16 or more. Secondly, I recommend using a cryptocurrency with low transaction fees like DASH or Bitcoin Cash to fund your new Abra wallet.
