Stay away from Nexo
I have been a client of nexo for about 1 year now. I have not had any issues with them before. but then again that means i have never had to see if they actually provide decent service when you run into problems. I now know things are not as they seem.
On Monday i had Deposited twice.
Now what i love about crypto and the whole blockchain is that its completely transparent. So you basically cant lie about a transaction.
well i received emails stating that “yes we do verify that the transactions were sent but do not appear on your account.”
This is the amount of times their was communication about something that is in plain view on the blockchain
This is the last email i received
They said they have to escalate it to somewhere higher and that they will help me. that they are expediating, and etc.
If the address is truly in my name and supposed ownership. Why is it verified on the blockchain but not in my account? that only means that the addresses are real but Nexo still has ownership. Like they have to approve each transaction before they release aa hold or something like that. either way thats not what i thought it was supposed to be like.
I have been waiting it is saturday now 5 days later (buisness days too) and i stilll do not see my assets.
What a waste . they are not one i am trusting with my assets anymore hope it helped someone else out too.
