Another update about Betfury and BFG was long overdue. With the first BFG farm complete and a 2nd one available with much lower APR, it is time to look at the dividends and staking rewards again.
What is more profitable; staking or farming BFG?
Farming
The initial/first farming opportunity was the most profitable, with APR still well above 100% right at the end.
The 2nd farm has less BFG available for payouts, so the APR is lower considering the amount of BFG still being put into the contract. The farm is sitting at around 90% at this moment.
Staking
Staking rewards has seen a big benefit of the increased cryptomarket as a whole. However, as of late some pools have declined significantly and the payouts dropped quite a bit, but remain at a higher level at well above 8$ / 100k BFG than we've seen for months. So all is still looking very good from the dividend payouts perspective!
APR
As said the increase in the whole cryptomarket has been offset slightly by a drop in the dividend pools. Furthermore the BFG price seems to be moving slightly with the staking payouts as well and the APR remains fairly consistent at around 100%
