Staking OKCash on Mycointainer | Sharing My Experience

Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing well, taking care of yourselves and the ones around you. So, it's been more than two months since I started blogging, and I have already seen the potential blogging has. While I continue to earn from my posts, which is not very much but still better than nothing. I've also started to stake my earnings. I post on multiple platforms and one of them is floyx, where you can earn OKCash for reading and writing. Although floyx works more like a faucet, I decided to continue it and almost a month ago I made my first withdrawal and staked it on mycointainer and this post is about that only.

My experience on mycointainer

Mycointainer is a crypto staking platform that provides interest on a variety of assets. You can also buy crypto on their platform or can simply deposit it from another exchange. While everything is not crystal clear on their rewards and everything they still provide some good interest rates.

So, when I made my withdrawal from floyx it took 3 complete days before reflecting in my mycointainer wallet which was kind of annoying, cause it was my first withdrawal and I was skeptical about it, and when it reached my wallet, I felt a sigh of relief. I don't know why this was the scenario because OKCash transactions were supposed to be fast and it was not a glitch cause when I made my second withdrawal just a week ago it took more than 5 days before reflection. I think the basic time period is 3 days but because I made my second withdrawal on Friday, it took 2 days extra, it's just an assumption but maybe it was the case.

So the rate for rewards on OKCash was 2.8% yearly returns. And the best part was that it was compounding daily which I wasn't aware of till I noticed it in my wallet but still, not impressive with that interest rate. It was only after I received my second withdrawal that I started to see a considerable amount. Well, it's still not much because I don't have a shitload of OKCash but better than nothing.

Upcoming plans

Now, I'm thinking to swap my OKCash for some other token with more considerable rates. But the catch is, you need a minimum of 400 OKCash to make any transaction on it, which was again annoying. It will take me another 1 month to earn them from floyx. But once I've collected enough, I will quickly change it to some other token, probably polygon. They are also providing 15% yearly returns on ETH2.0.,I don't know how but yup sounds tempting.

To be honest I'm still evaluating this platform and still not 100% confident about it but till I didn't reach the threshold, this will continue.

If you are wondering what is floyx and how to earn on it then consider this post of mine, in which I've shared my experiences on floyx and a brief intro about it. Do follow me on floyx if you are on the platform at @cryptovial/floyx.
