Our Peer-to-peer nodes are servers and clients at the same time based on a switch on, switch off and stand-by status made by the decision tree. While the client socket has got stuff coming or ongoing the while loop will keep on listing then move up on stand by if there is nothing to do with a timer of a certain time then start over the same proceeding.
So the second part is that when the client is on stand by and the server socket server has got something to send then we send all those packages or we wait until the client socket finished all tasks then we proceed.
Now at the beginning, all nodes server-side send their IP address into a database named nodes maker to create a list of IPs to scan by all networks but only client-side of the nodes to check if there is something on the broadcast. So to check if their nodes on mode broadcast all client-side of all nodes on the network check the node maker listing if nothing applies their client-side will go en stand by mode to save energy and free the peer-to-peer network of useless noise.
Remember just one node broadcast at the time and just when they have got changes on the blockchain LEDGER then set the all network into clients mode vice versa for the next one ready to broadcast for cyber-noise management.
