Sad truth about socios.com - forget about fan tokens

Howdy!

I am Danica, Socios app user and this is my story.

I am a fan of everything money making online. Stumbled upon this app "SOCIOS" where you get free tokens collecting, voting, answering surveys etc. But in my case, I use the app like AIRCOINS. Got pretty descent amount of $CHZ in my wallet. I did KYC so I can enable withdrawal and got verified using my passport. Since I'm done with KYC, I tried to withdraw but they have minimum 100 $CHZ withdrawal. So for me to get qualified, I added funds and bought $CHZ. But then, after purchasing, THE TOKENS IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE TO WITHDRAW BECAUSE THEY NEED TO LOCK IT FOR 14 DAYS which pisses me off. 

And oh by the way, my problem with socios is already been month. Email support, 100% sucks. Twitter support, 200% sucks big time!
