Presearch is a search engine that rewards users for up to 30 searches a day. You can obviously search more after that, and it's as good a search engine as any, but that's what it is.
When I started using it at the end of January this year, rewards were around .08 per search. They recently went as high as .1 per as, I'm assuming, less people were using it equaling more rewards. Currently, you get .0925 $PRE per search.
You can use your $PRE tokens to "stake" keywords, or searches, on the PRESEARCH engine as a way to boost searches to your websites/projects etc., or stake nodes to help keep the engine running.
There is a minimum requirement to withdrawal of 1000 $PRE. Since May for 2021 at least, there was also a requirement where you had to have *twice* the PRE, or 2000 in order to withdrawal. That requirement has now been lifted, and you can withdrawal at the minimum 1000 $PRE, instead of facing the 50% rewards penalty they previously had in place.
$PRE is currently about $0.21 each, meaning if you take the ~360 days if nothing changes rewards/penalties wise, you'll come out of the experience with a cool $200!
