We have all seen this banner at the top of the PUBLISH0X website for quite a while, and I thought that I should create an article about PRESEARCH to enter the competition! It will be a good opportunity to earn some crypto while investigating another crypto project I had never heard of before, which is always a positive factor in the crypto world. Just recently I have used Presearch, and I have got to say that it is an excellent project, but has a good deal to go.
What Is Presearch?
Presearch is a decentralised search engine that operates for a private experience over the internet. We all know that many of the search engines we use to take data for money, and Presearch is one of the first to combat this through the crypto world. Whenever we use a search engine, they often keep our searches to sell to businesses and other organisations for money. Those who buy our data then use it for a variety of purposes, mainly marketing. Have you ever noticed that whenever you search for something on a search engine, an advertisement pops up on another website? Well, the answer is search engines selling your data, especially Google who operates Google Ads as well.

What makes Presearch different from many other search engines is its rewards. Presearch has made its own cryptocurrency called Presearch (PRE) which rewards users each time they create a search. Now, you may be thinking of exploiting this system, most likely through bots, but Presearch has a strong condemnation on exploitation on its system. Not only would you result in a ban or even worse from doing it, but you will also be ruining the Presearch community and project which aims for a decentralised crypto search engine. I have just begun Presearch and I have to say the rewards are excellent! Earning just for searching, which we all do through the internet, is money in the pocket! After a few days, I have gotten about 25 PRE, which equates to over 2 USD - amazing!

Presearch's reward system is definitely generous, and I am very thankful for it, allowing me to open another source of income. Thank you Presearch for sharing free crypto with the crypto community!
Presearch has a variety of features that are unique to other search engines, some of which I do not yet fully understand.
Unique features of Presearch include:
- PRE tokens (mentioned earlier)
- Keyword Staking - Stake PRE on words/phrases for advertisements. When a user searches a word/phrase on Presearch, the party with the highest stake in the word/phrase will have their advertisement shown to the user.
- Nodes - Not certain of what this is, but I guess that you donate your computing power on a machine to support Presearch searches in return for PRE, and so is a form of mining. - And so much more!
Thought & Opinions
Now I do find Presearch really good - the ideas, the function, the rewards - but there a few issues I have with it which make other search engines more appealing. The good thing in response to this is an option to select other browsers on the side so I can switch over to a different search engine if I cannot find what I am looking for in the current search on Presearch. I do support the project, but I advise that more development occurs because other private specialised browsers seem to be more efficient, particularly DuckDuckGo. The main reason I am staying with Presearch is because of its excellent rewards.
Other search options available if you are unable to find the right results on Presearch.
A problem I have frequently with Presearch is not reaching my desired search. Whenever I search for a particular website, I find that I cannot find it on the first page, and so resort to other search engines available on the side. I have also heard that people have viewed sexual material when searching for something deemed typical, which concerns me when I search through Presearch. The response time is another issue comparing other search engines. It usually takes a few seconds to load, in some cases even longer, which may not seem a lot, but really is. Think of this: if I make 50 searches on Presearch, it would take me about 2 x 50 = 100 seconds; with Google, it would take me about .5 x 50 = 25 seconds - that is a difference of 75 seconds!
As you can see here, Google has a very fast result speed of about 0.5 seconds!
The reward system is most likely the best thing about Presearch. It is excellent, has agreeable rates, and works really well. I have not withdrawn any PRE from my experience through Presearch, but I find that it will reliably work. The unfavourable minimum of 1000 eligible PRE to withdraw may seem unappealing but is reasonable. It reduces the amount of crypto lost in fees for a transaction and ensures that true users are searching with Presearch, not those doing it just for the money. Another great feature for the Presearch reward's system is the level process. Depending on your level, the number of eligible tokens to withdraw changes. The table below shows the rates of the different levels of a Presearch account with their rates. The Presearch support is top-class in comparison to other crypto services. They know that their service has issues, and are working with its users across the internet to improve Presearch. I am sure that all the issues mentioned above are being dealt with to make Presearch a better search engine and give a more appealing option against other search engines.
Presearch seems excellent and I am sure over time it will resolve its issues with the help of the community, becoming a top-notch search engine to earn crypto.
Summary
Presearch is one of the first crypto decentralised search engines to promote private searching through the web, awarding its users with Presearch (PRE) for every search they make. The project is promising and is doing well, but still has some work to do to improve its stance against its other competitors, seeming more appealing when the rewards are excluded. I hope that Presearch continues to work the way they do, which is collaborating with the community to resolve their issues, so they can rise as a glorious crypto project, sparkling out in the crypto market.
