Welcome to CryptoGod-1's blog on all things crypto. Today we are going to look at the recent changes to Opensea, which requires users to connect their Twitter account directly to a collection instead of adding the link in separately. Below I will run through the steps one needs to take to ensure that their Twitter account is properly connected to their collections.
On the profile page of Opensea, hover over your profile image and from the dropdown menu select "My Collections"
Above your collection you will see a new banner displaying that you can connect your Twitter account to your collections. This can be particularly helpful if you have different Twitter pages for individual collections.
Once you have chosen a collection, you need to click on the edit button as highlighted below.
If you already had your Twitter connected via the Links panel in your collections page, there will be a yellow warning sign beside it. Instead you will need to click on the new 'Connect' button, as highlighted below.
Assuming you use the same web browser for Twitter as you do OPENSEA and it automatically signs if, then all you will need to do is click the 'Authorize App' button. I am doing this on Desktop but the steps on mobile should be quite similar.
Finally once you have completed those steps you will see your official link to Twitter on the Collections page. If you have multiple collections you will need to do this for each one.
