Open Sea's Blatant Favoritism towards Derivative Collections.

Do repost and rate:

Today was the release of the Lil Baby Cool Cats, a semi-original SUPPORTED derivative of the Cool Cats NFT brand.

Open Sea wasn't having it. In what appeared to be a blatant disregard for well over 50 ETH in Volume on what was at the time a trending collection, Open Sea removed the ENTIRE collection from the platform, and from our wallets.

Yet, the derivative NFT collection Lil Baby Ape Club, still stands and the floor continues to rise. Even after a support tweet from the Cool Cats NFT team, Open Sea continues this ridiculous Centralized Style display of authority on a decentralized platform. I personally lost almost two thousand dollars at the hands of whoever made this decision.

I think it's important we have this discussion, because it isnt an easy one. This is about more than the Lil Baby Cool Cats. This is about freedom, and decentralized RESPECT. If the original Cool Cat NFT team wanted to seek legal action and sue THEY WOULD HAVE. I personally don't believe Open Sea made the right decision and DEF not the fair decision or Baby Ape's would have came right down as well.

This was an abuse of power and should be rectified in my personal opinion.

Anyone wanna buy an underground Lil Baby Cool Cat haha?
