Ongoing bug purge on DBuzz!
development enthusiasts!
We've just released a new update for our software, and this one was focused primarily on bug fixes. We've been listening to our users and addressing the most common issues they've been having. We hope this new update will provide a better experience for everyone.
As always, we welcome any feedback you may have.
One of the more significant issues we tackled this week concerned a memory issue with scrolling. This was causing a few other downline bugs. After we tracked it back to the source, we then addressed the root cause. We think that this will have a good overall effect on DBuzz.
We also addressed some of the issues with last week's link update. Now, when you click a link, you will get a confirmation pop-up with a naked URL so you can confirm that you want to visit the website of the link.
Remember: Many people use the internet daily. While it is a great resource, it is important to be careful when following links. Always check to make sure the links you are following are correct and will take you to the intended website. This will help you avoid accidentally clicking on malware or phishing sites to protect your computer and personal information.
Another nice big fix was the sync issue between mobile and browser. While this did not impact the performance of DBuzz, it was not something we were happy about and wanted to fix. So, cross that off the to-do list, and let's move on. :D
Next week, we will keep being on the path of addressing bugs and ensuring that DBuzz is the fastest and best microblogging platform on Hive.
