Have you heard about NEAR | CON Alpha?
On October 26th and 27th, NEAR Protocol is hosting its inaugural event held in Lisbon to celebrate one year since its mainnet launch. We hope you will be able to physically attend the event as we've all been long over-due for some off-chain networking. If you are based in another region of the world and are able to travel to Lisbon, please come!
Rest assured, NEARCON will be a COVID compliant event, and our production team is working very closely with the local officials to ensure we are obliging with the regional restrictions.
For those of you who cannot attend and prefer to remain on-chain, don't worry, we've got you covered because the metaverse will be there to welcome you as well as well as all of our live-streamed sessions.
What is NEAR|CON about?
NEAR | CON is an event open to everyone to come and celebrate NEAR’s 1 Year Anniversary since its Mainnet launch. Immerse yourself in 2 days of talks, networking, workshops and a whole lot more provided by the NEAR Ecosystem and its Community. We will feature technical and non-technical content so that whether you are a Founder, Developer, Creator, or Engineer, there will be something for everyone.

Where is the event happening?
The conference venue will be at the beautiful historical building Carpintarias de Sao Lazaro. Carpintarias de Sao Lazaro is now a cultural Center but was the concretization of the use of the former Carpintarias de Sao Lazaro facilities, which in the 1920s was an industrial project, nowadays is a cultural center for bringing an avant0garde twist to the city of Lisbon and offer a space for ambitious creatives.
