Orbiter Finance: User-Friendly
Orbiter Finance is another popular bridge, known for its ease of use and wide range of supported tokens and chains. While it's a great option for beginners, my recent experience bridging USDT from Optimism to zkSync was a bit underwhelming. The transaction took an entire night to finalize, which was significantly slower than Across. While Orbiter Finance remains a viable choice, I'd recommend Across for those seeking faster transactions.
Wormhole: Mostly for Solana
Wormhole is a multi-chain bridge that supports a wide range of blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and BINANCE Smart Chain. It's known for its ease of use and low fees, making it a popular choice for users who frequently move assets between different blockchains. Furthermore, there might be an airdrop.
Carrier: Convenient for USDC
Carrier is a cross-chain middleware platform that enables seamless interoperability between different blockchains. It is the same team as Wormhole, but focused on stablecoins. That's convenient for bridging native USDC. Please be cautious. It does not work for non-native USDC... I experienced this too.
