My experience with Customer Service with crypto companies (with ratings)

So lately I've been pretty actively using multiple crypto services over the Internet. And at some point, I always had some issues with how they work, and that required me to contact their customer service/technical support. I can say that most of them need to improve fast because this is slowing down crypto adoption in general.

I am actively using CRYPTO.COM and their earn feature. Recently they released a mobile wallet that is supposed to be able to add additional functionality such as staking for few assets. The android wallet is supposed to be able to be connected to the main crypto.com APP, but at least for me, this is not happening. I follow all the steps and it never connects. The main reason you might want to use that wallet is to keep your own keys. The second problem I have with their wallet is that the only way to import your own wallet is via 12/18/24 word recovery phrase and no option to import via the private keys. So I have some ETH, BAT, etc. in Atomic Wallet which has 12-word recovery phrase, but it doesn't work with the Crypto.com DEFI wallet. So I decided to open a chat with their support. Took them 1 whole week to tell me that Atomic Wallet is not supported with their wallet and that import from private keys is not a feature they have. All this is fine, just I do not understand how this can take 7 days to answer. On my other problem, I never got a definitive answer - they told me to keep my apps updated and try connecting from time to time. Also after 1 week. I'd rate that support 1.5 stars out of 5.

I also needed to contact Blockchain.com support in relation to their Interest accounts. Over 7 days response time. No idea what is wrong with them, but that is not serious. 1.5/5 rating

I am happy with the support I received from the MyCointainer guys, where I am staking my NRG. They always reply within few hours and are on point with their responses. 5/5 rating.

I also cannot complain about the support of Atomic Wallet. A month ago I had an issue with a trade I did inside the wallet where I received significantly less than I expected and predicted by the wallet's interface. So I contacted them - took some time explaining what is the issue. but eventually, in a week or so, I received the missing coins. As per their explanation, they have been working with ChangeElly's support to fix the issue for me. I'd rate their service as 3.5/5.

Presearch support is good. I had an issue with one of my withdrawals from them some time ago - they did respond within a day and the issue was solved right after that. Rating 5/5.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that any of those services is bad, just that they have what to improve in the area of customer service and technical support. I can tell because this is what I do for a living and I know what's a quality service.
