If you're not a daily crypto-trader but just a relatively new hodler as I am. If you don't believe to have enough knowledge or confidence to play around with DeFi solutions for passive income earnings. Or, if you don't have invested the money enough yet to make the gains cover the high fees on Ethereum network since the major DeFi solutions are built on top of Ethereum Universe. Maybe you should consider some Centralized Finance options for passive income earnings in kind while you wait for your estipulated sell target or while you wait for the lunch of ETH2.0 and other major updates or upgrades in other interesting blockchain networks with DeFi solutions. Of course, this is just if you don't have any problems with KYC. By the way, why would you have any problems with KYC within the European Union if you're not a criminal and since we don't still pay taxes on crypto here? Privacy? Ok, none of my business. Up to you. Let's continue!
Here are some interesting options I've found for this month of July 2021 for some coins I'm currently interested in. Note that this is not financial advice. This is just a space where I put to words some personal opinions trying to help the pauper as me to brain storm for new ideas of investment. In the end, you should ALWAYS make your own final decisions and do your own research before investing the money you struggled so far to achieve with your hard work.
Here follows my list:
Bitcoin (BTC) - Celsius.network
Flexible compounding (no lock-up time).
Interest rate: 6.2% apy.
Minimum deposit: None.
Cardano (ADA) - Bitrue Power Piggy
Flexible (no lock-up time).
Interest rate: 4,6% APR.
Minimum deposit: 100 ADA.
Ethereum (ETH) - CRYPTO.COM app earn (not the Exchange)
3 month term (90 days of lock-up time).
Interest rate: 5.5% p. a.
Minimum deposit: 0,15 ETH.
Bitcoin Cash (BCH) - YouHodler
Flexible: no lock-up time.
Interest rates: 5.5% APR.
Minimum deposit: 100$ equivalent in each coin you put to earn.
Ripple (XRP) - YouHodler
Flexible: no lock-up time.
Interest rates: 4.5% APR.
Minimum deposit: 100$ equivalent in each coin you put to earn.
Binance Coin (BNB) - Trust Wallet
Ok this is not CeFi since it's non-custodial (you're given your seedphrase) and there's no need for KYC. Let's call it "simple DeFi".
Stake: 7 days of unbounding period after unstake request.
Interest rate: 7% to 10% APR.
Minimum deposit: 1 BNB.
SwissBorg (CHSB) - Swissborg Smart Yield
Flexible: no lock-up time. You have to wait for 24 hours after your redeem request though.
Interest rate: 4.63% p. a .
Minimum deposit: 5€ equivalent.
Cosmos (ATOM) - Crypto.com Defi Wallet
Same as above with Trust Wallet. This is not CeFi since it's non-custodial (you're given your seedphrase) and there's no need for KYC. Let's call it "simple DeFi", just because it's easy to handle.
Stake: 21 days of unbounding period after unstake request.
Interest rate: 9.2% p. a.
Minimum deposit: 1 ATOM.
Crypto.org chain (CRO) - Crypto.com Defi Wallet
Same simple defi thing...
Stake: 28 days of unbounding period after unstake request.
Interest rate: 12.5% p.a.
Minimum deposit: none (as far as I know)
Chainlink (Link) - YouHodler
Flexible: no lock-up time.
Interest rate: 6.2% APR.
Minimum deposit: 100$ equivalent.
Dash (DASH) - YouHodler
Flexible: no lock-up time.
Interest rate: 5.5% APR.
Minimum deposit: 100$ equivalent.
Basic Attention Token (BAT) - Celsius.network
Flexible compounding (no lock-up time).
Interest rate: 3.51% apy.
Minimum deposit: None.

Polkadot (DOT) - Kraken.com Staking
Time: Don't know yet.
Interest rate: 12% Yearly
Solana (SOL) - FTX.com Staking
7 days of unbounding period after unstake request.
Interest rate: 10% yearly.
Stellar (XLM) - YouHodler
Flexible: no lock-up time.
Interest rates: 4.5% APR.
Minimum deposit: 100$ equivalent.
Uniswap (UNI) - YouHodler
Flexible: no lock-up time.
Interest rate: 7% APR
Minimum amount: 100$ equivalent
