Ratings and awards:
Ambassadors' awards for their participation and engagement in our community. There are many different ways to get involved, and if you want to know more about everything you can do check out the Actions section. As long as the chief and regional commanders are appointed, any ambassador can participate and be promoted to senior sergeant. You start out as an individual and get promoted based on your contribution. Find out more about each rank in the table below:
Reward system:
The rewards increase depending on the activity of each ambassador. Senior NCOs, who are the highest level that an ambassador can achieve without an appointment, receive 3 times the usual awards. We expect these ambassadors to be the most loyal and active ambassadors in our community.
Reward multipliers are activated when an ambassador reaches a threshold. For example, for the first 100 points, the ambassador receives only 1x reward. This means that after an ambassador has received 100 points, he will receive a total of 100 points. After the ambassador reaches 100 points, they will start accumulating at a rate of 1.2x. In other words, once an ambassador reaches 500 points, he will actually have 580 points (original 100 points + (400 points x 1.2 reward multiplier)).
The total number of points will be correlated with the number of awards that the ambassador will receive. Before the release of the token, the amounts will be calculated in points. Once the tokens are released, the reward system will move to a different token-based rather than points-based system.
Activity:
Actions are what ambassadors can do to get more points. Different points are assigned to different actions.
If the task does not specify a limit on the execution of tasks, then you can perform it an unlimited number of times. In other words, if the Manta Network posts 100 tweets per month, you can like and retweet all those tweets for a total of 300 points (100 points for all likes and 200 points for all retweets). (All actions can be clarified in the project groups.)
Submission of reports on work:
In order for you to successfully confirm your activity and assign the appropriate points, you will be sent a report on your work. With this system, we can track all your contributions and assign you the appropriate points.
