Loop NFTs are coming soon and will have unique features [ENG - ITA]

In the last month Loop Markets has undergone many transformations. In addition to various graphic improvements, which in general I have greatly appreciated, main sections dedicated to the Community, Exchange and NFTs have been implemented. If you visit our Community, you will surely have noticed updates such as the mirror relating to the Top 5 crypto of Terra system with the best performance, as well as, at a more operational level, a greater fluidity of the site when loading articles. The Exchange has also undergone some updates, as you can see if you find yourself swapping or Stake/Farm your funds on Loop DEX.

The main news on which I would like to focus in this article, however, is that relating to the section dedicated to NFTs. I recently found myself exploring it and found it very captivating. The first clarification to make is that it is currently only a demo, so it is possible to explore it, but not yet buy or create NFTs. From the message that welcomes us we understand that it will be the first NFT markeplace linked to DeFi. In fact, artworks linked to liquidity pools, NFTs linked to DeFi protocols (such as Anchor or Orion) and compatible with staking will be available. Some of these are absolutely new in the field.

I didn’t find a lot of information around, but always in the same section we discover that it will be possible for teams to create liquidity for their protocols through NFTs. The procedure should be basically this:

• The protocols will be able to create a liquidity pool with their own token, receiving the related LP tokens;
• With the LP tokens it will be possible to create “bond” NFTs, which reserve the owners a fixed return for a given period of time (in the example in    the image above, 100 LOOPs per day for 90 days);
• The NFT LP Bonds may be sold or auctioned on the Loop Marketplace in order to raise funds and provide liquidity to the protocol;
• Buyers can stake NFTs to achieve reported returns. If they wish, holders can also withdraw NFTs from staking (thereby suspending returns) and        resell them to other buyers, who can take advantage of the remaining return days.

The NFT LPs will be divided into categories according to the reference token and will vary in yields and graphics (obviously, aesthetics are very important). Although not yet usable, it is already possible to visit the section dedicated to the creators of NFT in which it will be possible, in addition to the minting of NFT, also the creation of a whole series of smart contracts on DeFi using the components and templates provided by the portal.

There are all the prerequisites for an NFT Marketplace which, if implemented properly and in certain times, will revolutionize DeFi as we conceive it. We’ll see how simple and functional it will be to interact with this Marketplace, which will have to live up to the high standards of efficiency of Terra ecosystem. I’m dying to know when this section of Loop will be fully up and running.

Nell’ultimo mese Loop Markets ha subito molte trasformazioni. Oltre a varie migliorie grafiche, che in generale ho molto apprezzato, sono state implementate le principali sezioni dedicate alla Community, Exchange ed NFTs. Se frequentate la nostra Community, avrete sicuramente notato aggiornamenti come lo specchietto relativo alle Top 5 crypto del sistema Terra con le migliori performance, cosi come, a livello piu operativo, una maggiore fluidita del sito in fase di caricamento degli articoli. Anche l’Exchange ha subito qualche aggiornamento, come potrete appurare se vi troverete ad effettuare uno swap o a mettere in Stake/Farm i vostri fondi su Loop DEX.

La principale novita sul quale vorrei soffermarmi in questo articolo, pero, e quella relativa alla sezione dedicata agli NFTs. Mi sono trovato ad esplorarla di recente e l’ho trovata molto accattivante. La prima precisazione da fare e che attualmente e soltanto una demo, quindi e possibile esplorarla, ma non ancora acquistare o creare NFT. Dalla scritta che ci accoglie capiamo che si trattera del primo markeplace di NFT legati alla DeFi. Saranno disponibili, infatti, opere legate a pool di liquidita, NFT legati a protocolli DeFi (come Anchor o Orion) e compatibili con lo staking. Alcune di queste sono delle novita assolute nel campo.

Non ho trovato tantissime informazioni, ma sempre nella stessa sezione scopriamo che sara possibile, per i team, creare liquidita per i propri protocolli attraverso gli NFT. Il procedimento dovrebbe essere sostanzialmente questo:

1. I protocolli potranno creare una pool di liquidita con il proprio token, ricevendo i relativi token LP;
2. Con i token LP sara possibile creare NFT “obbligazionari”, che riservano ai proprietari un rendimento fisso per un dato lasso di tempo (nell’esempio in foto, 100 LOOP al giorno per 90 giorni);
3. Gli NFT LP Bonds potranno essere venduti o messi all’asta sul Loop Marketplace in modo da raccogliere fondi e fornire liquidita al protocollo;
4. Gli acquirenti possono mettere in stake gli NFT per ottenere i rendimenti riportati. Se lo desiderano, i possessori possono anche ritirare gli NFT dallo staking (sospendendo di conseguenza i rendimenti) e rivenderli ad altri aquirenti, che potranno sfruttare i giorni di rendimento restanti.

Gli NFT LP saranno divisi in categorie a seconda del token di riferimento e varieranno nei rendimenti e nella veste grafica (ovviamente, anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte). Anche se non ancora utilizzabile, e gia visitabile la sezione dedicata ai creatori di NFT nella quale sara possibile, oltre al minting di NFT, anche la creazione di tutta una serie di contratti intelligenti su DeFi utilizzando i componenti e i template forniti dal portale.

Ci sono tutte le premesse per un Marketplace di NFT che, se implementato a dovere e in tempi certi, rivoluzionera la DeFi per come la concepiamo. Tutto stara a capire quanto sara semplice e funzionale interagire con questo Marketplace, che dovra essere all’altezza degli alti standard di efficienza dell’ecosistema Terra. Muoio dalla curiosita di sapere quando questa sezione di Loop sara pienamente in funzione.
