In the series of crypto cards, the KUCOIN Exchange has announced since april 2022 that it will launch KuCard with the partnership of VISA to facilitate the real time Crypto payments for the merchants. As enabled with VISA one can use this card worldwide.
But, Kucard will not be launched worldwide. And today, we are still waiting the launch.
According to the Kucoin website, KuCard will only be available in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and United Kingdom.
Those who registered with Kucoin can apply to get Kucard.
Kucard will support initially with the stable coin USDT, market leader- BTC and KCS ( the native token of Kucoin Exchange which currently trades at USD 7.67)
We can spend from our Crypto holdings and no need for fiat top ups. While it is announced from the Kucoin that thought there would no any annual fee charged, there would be transaction fee called trading fee while we use this card which converts the crypto-fiat payments. Kucoin said that there will be attractive benefits including member benefits and cashbacks which would be announced soon. This will also support Apple Pay and Google Pay. We will also set our own spending limit in the card.
One of the top Crypto Exchanges-Kucoin having its headquarters in Seychelles and offices in Hong Kong and Singapore with more than 20 million users worldwide. Kucoin is having a presence in over 200 countries worldwide. Kucoin was officially launched in August 2017.
Though various Crypto firms has already launched these type of cards, the launch from Kucoin adds attention among the investors and with a large client base with Kucoin it is expected that many people would avail this and use this!
