Just how far would you go to either invest in crypto or even try to cover your losses.

When is it time to hold up your hands and say, that is it, enough is enough. 

Although we have had some losses, they have not been huge compared to some people's, especially with the collapse of FTX but I wanted the financial safety net we have increased.

I see the post's about selling thing's you don't need or not having that coffee from Costa or wherever, or even cutting back on eating out, well now if you offered me dinner out or more Sat's, I would take the Sat's.

What did I do then to increase the safety net? I got a cheap flight to the UK and went to work as a live in carer. I have done this before as have a lot of the expats I know. The pro's to this are -:

You live in (no accomodation costs)

No utility bills (If you had to rent accomodation)

No food bills (You cook for your client and eat what you cook for them)

The con's to this -:

You don't know where you could be placed 

You may get a client who does not like you

God forbid you may have no internet or phone signal!

Now this was never my prefered profession, before we moved to Bulgaria I was a restaurant manager and troubleshooter and I loved my job, but it is not practical to work as and when in that field for 6 weeks a year or however many weeks I want to do. So hence the live in carer. It is not greatly different from managing a family!

In the past I have had mostly great clients, one I even stayed longer than I had planned, but this time no matter how many times I said to myself this is for my Bitcoin goal, it did not help.........So much so I actually had to leave early, my brain was frazzled so there was no writing in my spare time, I could barely even read! David at home was managing the whole of our portfolio's, I would message and say yes buy some Sat's but I have hardly looked at charts. 

I have to say as much as I enjoy our Crypto adventures I will not be planning another work stint in the immediate future but I have earned enough to have a bit of fun with the portfolio so I will look forward to catching up with charts and planning what will be the next addition.

So what is the worst thing you have done to earn some money for Crypto?
