While I thought yesterday was wild today has been a whole new can of worms! The last two days the r/cryptocurrency subreddit had been heating up and with the change in the terms of service there was a lot to be optimistic about. Then the news broke about the possible major listing from Kracken which absolutely supercharged the market.
While the Kraken announcement has yet to come CRYPTO.COM actually listed MOONs on their app to purchase which I will say surprised me. Nonetheless, MOONs hit a new all-time high of $0.45 a token up from just $0.09 less than a week ago! Not only that but the SushiSwap liquidity pool is still really the only place for people to purchase MOONs and so that LP is yielding over 220% right now. The LP has actually been yielding over 100% for the last two days as a matter of fact.
The liquidity in the pool has also been really hit as well today with the number of MOONs available falling all the way down to under 740,000 at one point. Typically there are over 1 million if not 1.5 million in the pool at a time so this is a huge change. In the last 24 hours, over $1.4 million has been swapped in the pool so the 0.30% fee that gets distributed to the LP providers is rapidly adding up and I am loving it as in the last 4 hours I have earned 0.22 MOONs alone!
Now I think everyone is expecting to see a pullback sooner rather than later because we have had people flood the market with their MOONs so the LP APY is going to go down but for now, I will happily ride the wave and rake in my precious MOONs. I have already unloaded the maximum amount I could without affecting my multiplier so it is amazing to see my 4.2k MOONs being worth roughly $2k. If you had told me that even yesterday I thought you would have been insane yet here we are and I will continue to add to my little bag every cycle! something I honestly did not see coming and while I will keep holding my bag as is
