I had about $20 worth of ETH in my MetaMask wallet

I had about $20 worth of ETH in my METAMASK wallet. However, this ETH was on the Arbitrum Nova blockchain.

Then, I hopped over to Orbiter Finance. Looks like I met the minimum transfer amount of 0.005 ETH.

Without hesitation, I proceeded to transfer 0.005 ETH from the Arbitrum Nova blockchain to the Ethereum Mainnet.

Let's witness the transfer!

The 0.005 ETH arrived safe and sound in my ETH Mainnet account on MetaMask.

I subsequently sent it to my Gemini account. I gasped a bit at the gas fee that amounted to 66 cents but went ahead anyway. I need to pay this kind of "tuition fees" if I want to get a grip of all these wallets and crypto exchanges!

Seems that my first transfer from my MetaMask wallet to my Gemini account was a success!

I never thought I would be the kind who would figure out how to grasp all these bridges and blockchains well enough to utilise MetaMask but I realised that as long as I did things step by step and have sufficient grace for myself to pick things up the next day when I struggled with the process so badly the night before, I could EVENTUALLY do it. I must have my boy to thank. He is the reason why I am driven to create more sources of income. Hence, I love how he and crypto push me out of my comfort zone and make me learn things I never thought I could do before!
