Crypto lender Genesis Global Capital’s “First Day Hearing” in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case will take place on Monday, Jan. 23, at 2:00 PM according to court filings.

Genesis is owned by Digital Currency Group, which also owns CoinDesk.
