Part 1?—?introduction and questions from the Website

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Hello Satoshi Clubbers! Today we are excited to announce our AMA session with EX-Sports! ??

Today’s guests are @toli_exsports, @SabsKX

 and @lewischan!

Welcome! Great to have you here! ??

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

Hello, Guys Welcome to Satoshi Club ??

Lewis C.:

Hello guys! Thanks for having us.

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

We are excited to have you here

Toli Makris:

Hi Jonah, thanks for having us.

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

 Welcome.. ??

Hi Jonah, great to e-meet you and the community!

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

The pleasure is all ours guys ??

How’s your day been so far?

Toli Makris:

Busy, we had a big event this weekend and working on all the post-production to share some of the good news with all of you guys soon

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

We can’t wait to receive all The good news you have for us ??

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

I can imagine, life in crypto for an investor/user itself is a hectic one, I assume that for you it’s kind of magnified 10x ??

That’s right! We wanna know anything about EX-Sports but first things first… We need to know a bit about yourselves and your background ??

Toli Makris:

Yeah, crypto plus events are pure madness but we love it and can’t live without it ??

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

So please, introduce yourselves a bit and tell us how you got to be involved in crypto and, above all, EX-Sports ??

Toli Makris:

Ok so my name is Toli Makris and I am the CEO of EX Sports. Personally, I have been involved in the sports industry for over 17 years. I organized over 100 events around the world, build gyms and different businesses.

I have faced many problems and developed EX Sports to face these problems and build a stronger ecosystem in which we can keep the value in our community.

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

What are the essence & foundation principles behind the EX-Sports project?

Lewis C.:

Myself, I’m Lewis C and I am the COO of Ex Sports. Assisting Toli has been the greatest thing because he is a man of great vision and loves the sports community. I’ve been doing operations and technology for the last 17 years and actively trading in crypto too.

Toli Makris:

The essence of EX Sports is to create a platform for grassroots sports and athletes that are not the major leagues and brands of the world coz these athletes deserve a chance to earn, engage and reward their fans and develop a strong community in the early stage of their career…

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Yeah, usually what you get to see in most countries is that 1/2 sports monopolize the attention and the rest is almost cast on the sidelines….

As a sport’s fan myself I recognize that is a noble endeavor?—?I agree wholeheartedly with your mission ??

And by the way, I couldn’t help but notice that you’ve both started getting involved in your respective fields around the same time?—?17 years ago:) You guys make up quite a veteran team ??

Toli Makris:

Exactly but the early believers of Bitcoin and crypto wanted to build something to distribute the power and value to the small ones and that’s what inspired me to develop EX Sports

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

17 years is a huge amount of Experience years.

Lewis C.:

There is always room to learn and grow as long as we put our minds to achieving the mission.

Toli Makris:

Yes especially if you have to hustle for all kinds of revenue streams in order to keep the sport growing but no regrets, I always loved what I do…

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

I’m pretty sure that, in the very near future, crypto can be the 360° paradigm shift for sports as well. EX-Sports could be the much-needed catalyst towards the change ??

?? Thanks for this great introduction guys!

We have collected some community questions to learn more about EX-Sports

Are you ready to go?

Lewis C.:

 Let’s go!

Toli Makris:

Yeah sure, always ready my friend..

Q1 from Telegram User @Emnking

The IDO for Ex-sport that was scheduled for early last month in partnership with FLY received a huge amount of entries before it(IDO) was canceled and moved to October 30th at 6:00 a.m. UTC. I just read on your telegram page that it has been moved again to the 15TH of November. So, how did you select users who participated in the first IDO with a fly? Were there compensated for the assets they used in participating in the IDO? Why has there been a recurrent shift in the IDO so far? Are we to expect that this newly assigned date will stand?

Toli Makris:

A: The IDO users are from the FLY community. FLY chose the users who can participate in the IDO based on their own internal processes.

We use the Ethereum Network, but the majority of the FLY community requested that we operate on a cheaper network. Since the delay in the IDO, we have now bridged onto the Polygon network which is a lot more cost-effective.

We are expecting everything for the new November date to be on track.

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Right, unfortunately, the current gas fees a literally killing Ethereum’s Network usability ??

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

So the new IDO will be on polygon right

Lewis C.:

Yes, that’s right we will be on the polygon network.

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

Do you have details of the IDO to share with us?

Lewis C.:

You can find out more on their platform. https://launchpad.tokenfly.co/

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Thank you very much for sharing ??

And thanks for taking care of this. Ready for the next question @toli_exsports @Lewischan? ??

Lewis C.:

 Send it over.

Q2 from Telegram User @DK177

I read that EX-Sports plans on rolling out “an integrated wallet that enhances user experience by simplifying the process of gathering collectibles.” Could you please deeply explain this concept? How does this wallet offer a better user experience? What techniques does it use to simplify the process? Further, almost all platforms create their own wallets now. Is your wallet also similar to those wallets? Is it only for the users of Ex-Sports?

Toli Makris:

The wallet is integrated within the EX Sports marketplace. It is able to contain the EXS token. Using the integrated single wallet users can buy, sell and trade NFT’s more efficiently within the ecosystem. They can also use EXS tokens to redeem for experiences with athletes and other services like merchandise.

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Experiences with athletes? Do you mean it could also be possible to meet your favorite athlete?

Toli Makris:

Yes Meet & Greet, private sessions, video calls, signed merchandising, access to seminars, and whatever the athletes feel to offer their fans..

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

This just feels amazing guys! ??

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

I’m curious to know what types of merchandise will users be able to redeem?

Toli Makris:

Merchandise can include shirts, shorts, gloves, kimonos, balls, or whatever these athletes are selling… Lots of our athletes are selling shirts etc in order to get some revenues in and some of them are doing actually very well coz they work on their designs and know exactly what the fans like…

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Brilliant, thank you for the comprehensive answer ??

Let’s move on to the next community question ??

Q3 from Telegram User @CherieMike

Legal compliance is one of your top priorities, which is why EX Sports will follow Singaporean authorities’ regulations regarding the token offering. Both collectibles and our EXS ecosystem token are classified as utility tokens under Singaporean law. Even though EX Sport’s location is in Singapore, it is an online global e-commerce platform that people from various countries trade on. So will you also seek out more legal compliance from various countries? Or does the license under Singaporean law covers any regulatory compliances? And are there any restrictions on countries that can’t use your platform? If yes, can you please us which? Thanks

Toli Makris:

It is on a global front and not limited to Singapore only, we have legal advice regarding the utility token too. As there will always be changes to the legal compliances across countries, we will review our legal processes with our legal team on a country by country basis…

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

That’s to be expected, given the specificity of each country’s laws and norms.

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

It’s important to consider the legal aspects of everything.. but do you have specific countries in mind asides from Singapore that are next in line?

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Right, and I would also like to ask you …who’s your target audience? Are you aiming your initial marketing efforts to some specific countries/continents or other macro-areas before going for a “global reach” with EX-Sports?

Toli Makris:

 Of course, Dubai !!!

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

 A great choice.. ??

Toli Makris:

Our partners are the global sports federations so we are not limited to any region or country. But some sports are more popular in one continent and less popular in others so its a great mix

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

There’s a lot of potentials to reap ??

Crystal clear, thank you for the in-depth answers.

Let’s hop onto community question number 4, shall we?

Lewis C.:

 Always ready ??

Q4 from Telegram User @Highpee

One of the favorite household names in football is Maradona, who aside from his dribbling dexterity, became popular as a result of the famous “hand of God goal”. I read that you have planned an NFT event from 30th October at Almas Tower in Dubai to honor this football legend and connect his fans. At this event, you will mint 10 NFT treasures from the Maradona estate which will be opened for bidding. Can you explain more about this event and the type of Maradona NFT treasures you will mint? Is it going to be a physical event in the Dubai location or can users join the event and the bidding process virtually from any geographical location? Since the name, Maradona is a brand, do you have any official partnership with Maradona or his family, and are the memorabilia such as Maradona uniforms, Jersey, or other items that will be won by participants directly gotten from his gallery and store?

Toli Makris:

The Maradona Exhibition and NFT Collection pre-launch was a great success in partnership with the World Football Collection and CV Labs. We minted 4 platinum edition NFTs of Maradona Memorabilia that was connected to actual physical items. The 4 NFTS were auctioned off at the event, with the buyers also receiving the actual physical items as well. The NFTs and items that sold were:

Napoli contract signing pen (final sale price?—?$26k)

1986 Argentina signed jersey (final sale price?—?$24k)

1979 Best Player Trophy (final sale price?—?$11k)

Soccer ball signed by Maradona and Pele ($18k)

There will be 6 remaining platinum NFTs that will be launched over the coming weeks. We also have other rarities in the Maradona NFT treasures where users can buy off our marketplace. Yes, we are the official partner with Maradona and have the right to use his intellectual property for this campaign. Here is the highlight video from the event where you can see all of the items etc. https://www.ex-sports.io/videos/Maradona-NFT-Pre-Launch-Highlight-long

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Is there still a chance for users to join up (physically or virtually) and bid for the remaining NFT items? Also, I assume the sales are following an auction process?

And by the way… Truly outstanding initiative @toli_exsports @Lewischan ??

Toli Makris:

Yes absolutely. The pre-launch event on Saturday was a VIP-only event but by mid-November, everyone will have a chance to buy and participate.

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

I totally agree I’m now eager to see more of This

Toli Makris:

Sure, we will share more info with your community in the next 24 hours so you can be one of the first to participate ??

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Everyone?—?spells like an uber-amazing opportunity Satoshi Clubbers ??????

The next community question is coming up!

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

Q5 from Telegram User @meml97

While looking at EX-Sports’ platform, I saw that is designed for several types of audiences; Fans, Athletes, Federations, and Collectors. So, with that in mind can you tell us more about each one of the benefits and advantages do you offer for each one of these groups? What can I as a fan and NFT collector of a certain sport do in EX-Sports that I won’t be able to do in any other platform dedicated to NFTs about Sports? And what benefits will you offer to the Athletes themselves and Federations so they will launch their collections in EX-Sports? How will you also verify the identity of these people signing up as famous Athletes and Federations?

Toli Makris:

As mentioned earlier, EX Sports is a platform that brings together fans and athletes from grassroots ‘underdog’ sports.

As a fan, you will be able to support your favorite athletes by buying their NFTs, as a majority of the revenue goes directly to the athlete. As many of the smaller sports do not have the same infrastructure for fans globally to support athletes through buying their memorabilia, EX Sports will help bridge this gap by bringing together fans and athletes from anywhere in the world.

For athletes, as touched on earlier, will directly earn income from the sale of their NFTs.As the athlete’s demand goes up, so will the value of their NFT, increasing the earnings they will receive. This also will incentive athletes to perform better and at a higher level, improving the overall development of the particular sport.

Additionally, athletes will also earn EXS, the platform’s native token, as a prize for winning real-life competitions.

The federations also receive a percentage of the NFT sale.

Verifying the athletes is the role of the federations. We have signed exclusive agreements with several sports federations like the JJIF (Ju-Jitsu), who will verify and validate all athletes registered to their sport.

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

Are the Athlete limited in the number of NFT’s they can create and sell?

And can they fix any price of their choice?

Toli Makris:

 Yes, 1000 NFT’s per athlete..

We have a price range depending on the level of the athlete.

  1. Amateur between 1–10USD
  2. Semi-Pro between 1–100USD

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

1000 Is enough it will take a long time for a single athlete to exhaust that number

Toli Makris:

  1. Pro between 1–300 USD

These are super conservative numbers compared to the crazy amount that we see but it also means that we will have a SUSTAINABLE model and that we are planning for the long run…

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

Yeah, I wanted to comment about that.. but are these numbers subject to going up as the ecosystem grows?

Toli Makris:

They will go up on the secondary market of course and that’s our goal. Tp builds a sustainable primary marketplace in which everyone can participate and let the secondary market decide what happens to the value.

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

And by the way, how do you determine what category amongst these three to place an athlete?

Great Initiative I must say ??

Toli Makris:

That’s why we work with the federations coz they have a very clear breakdown of these categories.

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

Great Thank you for clarifying ??

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Great, great, thank you very much!

This is the last question for this very first part of the AMA, then we’re heading into the LIVE part of the session.

Q6 from Telegram User @victorogb

EX-Sports has been deeply immersed in the Sporting and collectible scene for a while, as you have been involved in loads of events, workshops, seminars, and charity functions, as far back as early 2019 till date. Been that you want to offer some experiences to wider crypto and decentralized market, may we know how much of a collaborative effort and alliances you have forged with all of the respective sporting federations, how do these alliances transcend to profitable rewards for all parties including the ardent collector of your NFT sports cards? Can you also enlighten us on some notable events and sporting workshops planned within this quarter and Q1 2022?

Toli Makris:

We have many exclusive agreements in place, but the ones we are happy to share now are:

JJIF?—?Ju-Jitsu International Federation

IFMA International Federation of Muay Thai Amateurs

 IPF?—?International Powerlifting Federation

 WAKO?—?World Kickboxing Association

Each of these federations will verify the athletes from their sport, whose NFTs we will mint.

The federation directly benefits through receiving revenue from the sale of their athlete’s NFTs. They will also benefit through having their athletes more motivated to improve their own image and performance, leveling up the reputation and competitiveness of their sport.

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

And what about the upcoming events? What are you most excited of what’s coming down the roadmap? ????

Toli Makris:

My wedding is in 48 hours from now ??

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

 Hahaha congratulations @toli_exsports!!!????

Jonah ???? | Satoshi Club:

 Awesome Congratulations ??

Toli Makris:

Followed by the launch of the IPF partnership in Norway next week. The event will be live broadcasted on Eurosport and we will have great commercial time for EX Sports.

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

 Amazing!

… but I’m pretty sure you’re much more excited about the next big step you’re personally making! ???? Best of luck mate!

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

Okay, @toli_exsports & @Lewischan! It has been a great time and now we must proceed to interact with our dear users into the live segment ??

We will now open chat for 2 minutes and our community will ask you some questions ??

Toli Makris:

Thanks, guys. I appreciate that and will send you some pics.

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club:

 Thank you!! ??O?

Q1 from Telegram user @JaviSuBs

I would like to know what EXsportsTV is, how does it work I must buy a membership to be able to watch content there, or just registration is enough, if I need to pay in EXPORTS TV in which token I can do it, it is necessary to have EXS token, to be able to watch sports on EXsportsTV or I can do it with another cryptocurrency or stablecoin, or it is free, you can give us more details of how EXSPORTSTV works

Lewis C.:

Ex Sports TV is absolutely free to view?—?no membership required you just need to register your email account and you can watch our events.

Q2 from Telegram user @sweetdoge

Right now the most used networks are BSC, Polygon, and Ethereum networks so which of them do you use for the EX-Sports project and what is your token release schedule?

Lewis C.:

We use Polygon and Ethereum networks for our project. Our token release schedule is in mid-late Nov.

Q3 from Telegram user @KelingB

Non-crypto user is very important for mainstream adoption. How you are planning to attract non-crypto users to your project? Is there any upcoming partnership that will bring non-crypto users and real-use cases?

Yes through sports. The goal of EX Sports is to support athletes and bring them closer together with fans, no matter where they are in the world. The only element of crypto is for is more in the blockchain element and currency used to transact. Through sports will reach wider communities and people across the world who are not yet involved in crypto.

Q4 from Telegram user @alptrader

I am wondering if there is a real-life usage for the EX-Sports project that people’s needs will be really solved with it?

Toli Makris:

I have been promoting several grassroots sports for the last 17 years and produced 14 world champions. Most of them can’t even afford to pay rent or send their kids to a proper school so there is definitely a need to allow these athletes to tap into new revenue streams.

Q5 from Telegram user @MdLuffyo

What will be the NFTs that can be found on the ExSports platform? Is there a plan to create ExSports NFTs from real athletes and athletes? Can you talk about the studies carried out by ExSports on NFTs?

The NFTs will be of real competing athletes. There will also be NFTs of real memorabilia like we have with the Diego Maradona collection of items supplied by the World football Collection.

Q6 from Telegram user @Savitasapra3

Will you guys consider organizing a Friendly game among Athletes to promote EX-Sports?

Stay tuned to upcoming events ??

Q7 from Telegram user @cindy_crypto

Crypto is a decentralization move, but there are many people only using BINANCE and nothing else so I wonder do EX-Sports plans to list your project on Binance?

Lewis C.:

We are open to partnerships with many of these exchanges and have touched base with them. As long as we can work out a good partnership that favors the community, investors, and the project we are definitely open.

Q8 from Telegram user @vedamatrix

Some of the newly built projects are going away with the investment they collected from investors so how can I be sure EX-Sports won’t do it and always work on your project?

Toli Makris:

How many of these projects have real assets and build their business on their existing ecosystem. Trust me that projects that are built on real businesses and projects have too much to lose make a rug pull and run away coz it will hurt them.

Q9 from Telegram user @csgonub

The current situation is people love NFT’s and metaverse projects and those are the industries growing every day so do EX-Sports plan to create a product for NFT and metaverse?

Toli Makris:

Absolutely some of our NFT’s will have a real use in the metaverse.

Q10 from Telegram user @Rakshhitx5

I read EX Sports has launched Diego Maradona NFTs. Can I buy it? Also which other celebrities NFTs you have launched or will launch?

Toli Makris:

Yes, we will share all details and the link later so you can join the waitlist and get notified once you are able to buy. It will be very soon.

In the final part, we tested your knowledge in terms of EX-Sports. They’ve prepared 4 questions for this part. The total reward pool for the quiz was 300$.
