The Rebellion is Almost Among Us!
It's now very close: December 5th is less than a week away! The last days of waiting and the first cards of the Rebellion set will enter SPLINTERLANDS matchmaking, introducing new mechanics, new abilities and new summoners.
So palpable is the anticipation and excitement that even I, despite not having bought a single Rebellion pack - my goal is to buy individual cards from the market later - feel a sense of trepidation: indeed, the upcoming Rebellion set is going to shake up the Modern format, leading to the rotation of the Untamed set into the Wild format.
This is going to be a HUGE change, particularly for all those who, like me, learned about Splinterlands when this set was already long before: the meta will be completely turned upside down and all the familiar strategies will need to be completely re-thought and adapted to the new cards.
And this is a great opportunity, a breath of fresh air for all Splinterlands players, but also a chance, mainly for players with smaller collections, to be able to grow and use to their advantage what will follow after such a major evolution of the game.
During the first few days, chaos will probably reign all over: everyone will have to master the new cards, exploit their strengths (those who have them) and hit their weaknesses (those who don't). At the same time, the cards of the Chaos Legion set may also become more or less useful than they were until now: new combos will certainly arise and others will no longer be possible, so it is very likely that we will see abrupt changes in their prices.
For those who will be good enough to predict the market or catch its trend, this time could be very rewarding. Personally, unfortunately, I'm not very good at this kind of stuff, so I just hope to wake up one morning with a pleasant surprise and find out that I can sell some cards at crazy prices ??

La Ribellione E' Quasi Fra di Noi!
Manca ormai pochissimo: il 5 Dicembre e a meno di una settimana di distanza! Gli ultimi giorni di attesa e le prime carte del set Rebellion faranno il loro ingresso nel matchmaking di Splinterlands, introducendo nuove meccaniche, nuove abilita e nuovi evocatori.
L'attesa e l'eccitazione cominciano ad essere cosi palpabili che anche io, nonostante non abbia comprato nemmeno un pacchetto del set Rebellion - il mio obiettivo e acquistare successivamente singole carte dal mercato - mi sento pervaso da un certo senso di trepidazione: l'arrivo del set Rebellion, infatti, stravolgera il formato Modern, portando alla rotazione del set Untamed nel formato Wild.
Si trattera di un cambiamento ENORME, soprattutto per tutti coloro che, come me, hanno conosciuto Splinterlands quando questo set era gia da un pezzo: il meta sara completamente stravolto e tutte le strategie che conoscevamo andranno completamente ripensate ed adattate alle nuove carte.
E questa e una grandissima opportunita, una boccata di aria fresca per tutti i giocatori di Splinterlands, ma anche una possibilita, soprattutto per i giocatori con collezioni piu modeste, di poter crescere e sfruttare a proprio vantaggio cio che seguira ad una evoluzione cosi importante del gioco.
Soprattutto nei primi giorni, infatti, probabilmente regnera il caos: tutti dovremo imparare a conoscere le nuove carte, a sfruttarne i punti di forza (chi le possiedera) e colpirne i punti deboli (chi non le avra). Al contempo anche le carte del set Chaos Legion potranno divenire piu o meno utili rispetto a quel che erano fino ad oggi: sorgeranno sicuramente nuove combinazioni e altre non saranno invece piu possibili, per cui e molto probabile che assisteremo a bruschi mutamenti di prezzo.
Per chi sara cosi bravo da anticipare il mercato o coglierne l'andamento questo periodo potrebbe essere ricco di soddisfazioni: personalmente, purtroppo, non sono un granche in queste cose e spero quindi semplicemente di risvegliarmi una mattina con qualche bella sorpresa e scoprire di poter vendere qualche carta a prezzi folli ??
