The IOTA Foundation is very dedicated to the development of blockchain education. Recently, it joined up with the CHAISE technology consortium to develop a one-stop education and certification framework for blockchain expertise.
IOTA Foundation unveiled its partnership with CGI, is a global service provider for IT and business services and consulting and NORDAKADEMIE, is one of the largest Hamburg-based private universities of Applied Sciences. NORDAKADEMIE students curated by IOTA and CGI proudly delivered an important proof of concept (PoC) model.
IOTA foundation explains through the statement, its team very evaluates the customers of decentralized systems in the document verification segment. On the other hand, this system remains unexplored as compared to other real-world programs of blockchain and DLT technology.
That is why the company determined to look over this application within a joint project with CGI and NORDAKADEMIE. Students had been expected to create the framework for document verification.
Professor Dr. Joachim Sauer, scientific supervisor of the project, emphasized the importance of this collaboration for young applied math scholars: he said “We are very pleased to be able to give our students the opportunity to carry out innovative, practical projects in interdisciplinary teams with the support of leading companies.”
In short, the new system having an IOTA data structure replaces the for third parties verification. This system is generally known as Tangle. Tangle protects documents from being forged, corrupt, or lost due to their neutral design.
Due to the fact that Tangle is immutable, all transactions are going to be noticeable, clear, and transparent for all functions parties that are involved—including Students, professors, and employers.
Therefore, there is also no need for a central administration like banks, governments
etc. to validate those transactions - the trust is built by the network itself.
The purpose of the system was to develop a concept for a flexible and user-friendly solution to exchange documents while discovering the possibilities of the IOTA technology.
