Are you a Hodler? Are you growing dissatisfied and impatient with the rate of return you are getting on your idle crypto assets? Are you feeling the pain of the recent crash? Tired of YOLOing into a new crypto only to be punished for acting on FOMO?
If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, then I have a solution for you.
It's called Midas.Investments.
Midas.Investments is a platform that rewards you for buying and holding crypto for the long term. As of the publishing of this post, you can buy and hold any of 43 different cryptocurrencies, tokens, and stable coins on your Midas.Investments account. The selection respectable, including such favorites as bitcoin, ethereum BINANCE coin, USD Tether, and many more. Every cryptocurrency, token, or stablecoin that you hold on Midas.Investments accrues a rate of interest that is paid to you every week. For instance, the base interest for bitcoin on your Midas.Investments account is 6% per year. To put this in perspective, BlockFi's annual interest for bitcoin is 5% and YouHodler's annual interest for bitcoin is an even lower 4.8%.
But what makes things more interesting is that Midas.Investments allows you increase your annual interest on bitcoin and all other assets you hold with them by holding fixed amounts of its native Midas (MIDAS) token in what is called your "Lock-in". All that said, before you jump into Midas.Investments you should know that there is a 0.0002 BTC fee applied to any transaction involving a withdrawal from Midas.Investments to an external platform or wallet. You will also have to get used to the Midas' unorthodox and inconvenient method of moving around your crypto assets. Whenever you want to move an amount of your assets from one part of your Midas.Investments account to another you will have to type in the corresponding withdrawal address rather than say, selecting the destination from a drop down menu like you would on other platforms.
Another thing to keep in mind is that while you can exchange bitcoin for any of the other assets on Midas.Investments, the only assets you can exchange for bitcoin are the proprietary MIDAS token, and two other proprietary assets which I will talk about in a later article. In addition, you can only do this on the Midas.Investments MIDAS/BTC exchange, which has a bit of a learning curve for beginners to crypto trading.
Despite its difficulties and limitations, I still highly recommend Midas.Investments for anyone who wants to take hodling to the next level. I personally have been using it for several months during which time I have seen my deposits grow consistently to my satisfaction as well as earning hundreds of dollars worth of additional rewards and bonuses. But more about that later.
