So when everyone starts to talk about non-fungible tokens (NFT), many are running franticly toward that direction.
What's that term? Ah, yes, FOMO.
Unfortunately, many are not that lucky enough to get in early. AXS, for example, have already reached USD 66.35 per token at the time of writing. Anyone with not much money to lose could never afford such an entry price.
Hence, many are looking around, trying luck to find potential gems. Some are doing window shopping at DappRadar, particularly what is new on BSC.
Tada! I found Dinopark (DINOP).
But hold your horses! Disclaimer: I am not involved with this project in any way.
Before we go further, I need to give you a heads up that this project is quite complicated because you must understand how this project is interconnected to other tokens.
- A brief introduction to JDI Yield
Dinopark is a project developed by the team behind Jdiyield.com.
What is JDI Yield?
Their ultimate goal is to be a one-stop SAFU service for all yield farmers.
Jdiyield.com is a smart portal that enables users to stake/ unstake their funds regardless of the accessibility to their favourite yield farming websites even at website downtime, DDOS, or 404 errors.
The awesome thing is that users can monitor their portfolios and harvest their farms on the same platform, on the same page! Cool, no?
JDI Yield has its token, JDI.
We will talk more about JDI later.
- Dinopark (DINOP)

Dinopark is a versatile NFT gamification platform where users can become a 'Dino Master' (well, because users need to own a dinosaur, hence 'dino') and join play to earn.
But let me be extra honest - this game is complicated, and new users may find it difficult even to start!
So, where do we begin?
First - you need to set up your profile (My Profile).
How?
You must purchase an 'egg' from the platform. You can buy either the "General" or "Gemini" series at this point of writing. If you wonder what the difference between these two series is, the short answer is - nothing. The only difference would be how they look when they "hatched."
The devs gave users options on how would they buy the "eggs."
You can buy the "egg" with DINOP or JDI + ZMN or JDI + ZFARM.
Let's save ZMN and ZFARM for another day - but in short, both are JDI Yield's associates.
Where to get all these? All are available on PancakeSwap. However, I would recommend you to buy DINOP and JDI from ApeSwap.
- How are JDI and DINOP interrelated to each other?
The maximum supply of DINOP is 400,000,000, whereas the maximum supply of JDI tokens is only 20,000,000.
For each DINOP transaction:
- 3% tax to pay DINOPARK holders
- 2% tax used to create DINOP-BNB LP
- 2% tax to dev fund
- 1% of which goes into buying JDIs and burn them weekly
- 0.5% goes to marketing
- 0.5% goes to Dev activities

- You bought the egg, then what?
Hatch it!
You need 100 EXP to reach level 1 and tada! Your baby dino is now ready for battles!
Wait, what?
How to gain EXP?
Easy, all you need is to stake your tokens (kindly be informed that you will not get the 3% tax benefit while staking).
- Yay! I have my baby dino, so what's next? Get a Dinobot!
What is a Dinobot? Well, let us think it this way - it is all about getting your Dino ready for war, so you need armour and weapon (each component will have its attack, defence and speed).
You need to buy DINOBOT BOX NFT from "Shop" (you can only buy this AFTER your egg is hatched).
Well, no sugar coating here - this box is not cheap.
You have to decide whether you only want to hold the tokens or join the fun (and earn!).
Do you really need to purchase this?
YES - if you are planning to join any battle.
There are a few types of battles that you can join, and a heads up - you may need to upgrade your Dinobot because... everyone wants to win, so many have upgraded their Dino to get a better stat. You should too!
- How to reach level 2?
The slowest way is to only stake in the level 2 pools.
Fastest? The fastest (and probably costly) is to join the battles to gain EXP.
My take on Dinopark
I am giving this a chance.
This game is indeed very new, and as of today, it is pretty expensive to join the battles due to the gas fee. However, the battles will move off-chain soon (end of August)! (I can't wait for what's coming for level 3!)
There are some hiccups, FUDs were blowing quite strong, as many went panicking about the high gas fee, and of course, people are afraid of the things they don't understand.
I admire their dedication (devs and admins).
The devs are just amazing - despite all the chaos and all, they are taking constructive feedback from the community seriously and hey, they are making improvements every week!
There are more to Dinopark but probably next time, okay?
