I am not crazy, I have been tested. I am trained in the mental health field and I subscribe to systemic thinking.
In any system, if there is a cancer, the system cannot survive in the long run. We needed this crypto winter to (hopefully) deal with and terminate the cancer. I am not sure all of the cancer is gone, I am not a crypto insider working for any of the firms involved in cryptocurrency. We need things like FTX to go under, we need SBF to go to jail, we need the Ponzi scheme coins and tokens to fizzle out.
I just wish it was not at the expense of so many good people's hard earned money/currency.
All a system wants to do is maintain homeostasis. It will fight hard to keep homeostasis. When there is a problem in any system, you have three options.
One option is to go native to the system, just go along with it. I have had some people respond to my posts who have gone "native" to the system. They make rude comments and don't like any questioning of their beloved system. If the system is unhealthy, this is an unhealthy option.
Another option is to change the system. Theses people see the value in the system, but also see the problems with the system and they try to make healthy changes to the system. Now, if they are right and succeed in making changes to the system, the system adjusts and there is a new center point and the homeostasis has changed to match. If you are in this category and try, but fail to change the system you either go native to the system or go to the third option.
The third option in a system is to leave the system. This is happening to many in cryptocurrency at this time, as there was in the early stages of the dotcom lifecycle. I believe sometimes this is a good option, sometimes you cannot change the system and sometimes it is not wise to go native to the system. However, if you believe in the long term viability of some coins or tokens, riding it out will be good and you will be rewarded. There are more scams than good coins and tokens so it is hard to know what to do.
Finally, there is the general and overall system of cryptocurrency as a whole, and there are systems within the larger system. I believe the larger system of cryptocurrency as a hole is something to believe in (not just a Poison song). If something is good, they do not need to tell you it is good. If you are a good person, you don't need to convince others you are, they already know.
