Shiba inu coin, the fabled doge coin killer started out as a fringe $#/t coin from a mysterious twitter user named ryoshi(obvious play on satoshi).
Ryoshi and his dev team including cat on discord, and shytoshi kusama on twitter(the pump master) embarked on a promise of shiba swap, thus causing the coins popularity to explode and even list on binance.
The shib All time high was born, and as promised on the website they burnt half the supply to vitalek buterins cold wallet.
Buterin hillariously reacted on youtube that someone sent him trillions of doge themed coins, and he donated a few trillion to a covid relief charity in India, guaging the reaction of the shib community he played along with ryoshis bet that vitalek would indeed not rug the community and he burnt his remaining supply to a dead wallet, causing many youtube investor types to cry happy tears of joy, and thus shiba swap was released...my shib is stuck on crypto.com, so no bone for me till september *grr*??
The future growth of shib is to be determined but they are going to create their own blockchain and creare "shibirium" to lower expensive gas fees to the exchange "shiba swap".
The doggy dao is in the works and shib has a bright future in my limited opinion(not financial advice) a true decentralised dog meme themed ecosystem is being born under the coin mocking bitcoin.
Recentlty the co creator of doge coin called crypto a "right wing conapiracy theory".
But the crypto community know that he traded his doge for a honda civic and have zero sympathy for a man who literally created a joke which became a succesfull crypto currency to mock bitcoin, backfiring completely.
May he learn basic economics, and may he understand that in a decentralised ecosystem people hold eachother "accointable."??
