While there are sites that offer multi-chain bridging I haven’t found a site that will bridge all chains or all tokens. Yet. Which is not surprising considering the amount of available chains, see here.
In an effort to help those seeking to bridge their assets, this is a selection of current information which rounds up readily available blockchain bridging services. It does not represent a total list of available bridging services.

B. QUICK REVIEW
1. Polygon Bridge V2
Once you connect your wallet Bridge V2 will display the assets on your Polygon or Ethereum Network depending on the Transfer direction.
Enter the amount and the app will guide you through the process giving you an estimate of transaction fees.
It quotes 7-8 minutes and is normally around that.
Documents are available on the site.

2. xPollinate
Allows transfer of USDC, USDT and DAI only at this time. It will not read the contents of your wallet so assets and amount need to be manually added.
No ‘Max’ button to enter your maximum amount. The app guides you through the process.
Documents are not available on the site. Support is available through Discord.

3. Binance Bridge
Connect your wallet to the network you wish to transfer to, Binance Bridge will use this address.
Select the 'To' network then enter an amount or ‘Max’.
Minimum transfer amounts apply here e.g. USDT minimum is $110.
Press ‘Next’ and you will be guided through the process.
Documents are available on the site.

4. Relay Transfer
This app has been rebranded from '0.Transfer' to 'Zero Transfer' to 'Relay Transfer'.
Similar procedure to the others.

5. AnySwap V3
AnySwap works pretty much like the rest but the token choice can be confusing. Whilst it appears to have an endless list, a lot of tokens rely on being wrapped in their native token - ANY. Such as anyETH, anyUSDT, anyBTC, anyLINK etc.
Token choice varies from each Network and there's no listing so it's a matter of selecting a Network then reviewing the token list presented.

6. ChainSwap
Coin and token selection are very confusing here. The token dropdown shows available tokens and the chain they are on. Selecting a token doesn’t automatically fill in the ‘From’ chain although it will only give you that choice from the dropdown.
So token and cross-chain options are not apparent until the token is selected. Therefore whilst there are numerous tokens, they may not be available for the swap/bridge you want.

7. MultiChain.xyz
The most confusing till last! This app seems to be a mirror of ChainSwap.
It works similar to ChainSwap in that you have to first select a token, then change your network to that supported token.
It would only read my wallet contents from Ethereum and BSC networks. It failed to read or connect to the Avalanche network using their provided network details.
The interface looks simple. It would be on the last of my list to try and bridge. That’s not to say it doesn’t work.

I hope that this has been helpful.
For xmas I wish PUBLISH0X would accept Tables, indents and in-post links/navigation/bookmarks.
