Coinloan - Earn interest on your Monero and many other cryptos

A few days ago I came across a platform that offers interesting earning possibilities, among other services like crypto loans and an exchange - Coinloan

It is important to point out that like any other exchange, they require KYC to be completed by their clients. That's not anything new, but I want to get this information, in the beginning, to not waste the time of the people who consider KYC to be a big "No-No", so they can decide to skip the whole article.

I personally have not invested yet and haven't completed the KYC. However, I did research on Reddit and Youtube and it looks like Coinloan has been around for 4-5 years already. They are registered in Estonia and have all the necessary EU approvals to operate.

There is a similar system for the interest account to what CRYPTO.COM has - you need to stake a particular amount of their own coin to get up to 2% over the base interest rates. You can see them here:

What you see here are the base rates. You can add up to 2% depending on the amount of CLT(Coinloan's own crypto).

125 CLT raises your Interest Account rates by 0.1%;

375 CLT — by 0.3%;

1,000 CLT — by 0.8%;

1,250 CLT — by 1%;

2,500 CLT — by 2%.

However, the CLT token is currently sitting at $23 which makes those 125 to 2500 CLT a quite big investment and I'm not sure if it's worth it. It is very similar to what Crypto.com is doing with CRO, but there is a bigger bonus on the interest rates. And I think this is something everyone should be deciding for themselves. On other hand, the yearly rates on some coins are quite good even without the additional 2%. The biggest surprise for me is the 5.2%-7.2% they offer on Monero, which is a security coin that does not support staking. I personally don't know any other place to offer interest on XMR.

Besides the Stable coins with 10.3-12.3% interest, there is interest for a few FIATs which is quite nice - EUR, GBP, and RUB. Just remember, your bank is giving you 0% interest for keeping money in your bank account. So in my book, this counts for something.

As I mentioned before, there is an option for crypto loans where collateral are used assets you have already invested in the platform. Here are the rates:

The only thing I consider missing from this company's portfolio to be an excellent alternative for Crypto.com is a debit card.

I am personally really glad about the fact that we have more and more options to earn from our crypto assets. Something that banks were offering to their clients in XX century and now they took away. Currently just to keep your account open they will charge you a monthly fee. In my country, this fee is about 1.5 Euro per month or nearly 18 Euro per year. This means that if I have an account with 1000 Euro opened on 1st of January, on 31st of December I'd have only 982 Euro in it. And I am pretty sure this is similar to the rest of the world. For Comparison, if you put 1000 Euro in Coinloan's Euro account, for a year you would earn 103 at the end of this one year.

I am not including any referral link due to the fact I don't use the platform at this time. But there is a referral program that rewards you in the following ways:

That's all from me. Happy earning everyone.
