Clinically Proven: Crypto Kills Monday Blues

You guessed it right.

Monday is the day in which Hodlnaut forwards its weekly interest payout statement to all its users. Here’s mine this Monday.

If you ask why I'm so transparent about my crypto portfolio, I just wanted to give hope to my readers out there that although you may not have extra funds to invest in crypto, you can still rely on affiliate marketing and grow your assets steadily, albeit at a snail's pace. The assets that you see are solely the commission income I receive from my referees every week.

I think it's lovely to see my referees invest in cryptocurrencies that I am not that interested in, specifically DAI and USDT. I will probably convert them to USDC at some point in time but it never fails to put a smile on my face when I see that I - small-time crypto investor! - actually own 5 cryptocurrencies!

Monday blues half-vanquished.

What about the other half, I hear you ask?

Ah, recently I ventured into Cake DeFi because they launched a Learn and Earn programme. They started off with a $5 worth of DFI lesson package. Needless to say, I signed up enthusiastically. Upon realising that I needed to complete my KYC verification in order to unlock this $5, I transferred about $60 worth of Bitcoin from Hodlnaut to Cake DeFi.

I have always wanted to try liquidity mining out because I yearned to know if the absurd returns were for real. So, I put my Bitcoin into the liquidity pool, after which it was divided into two portions: one part Bitcoin and another part DFI tokens.

Well, it seemed that Cake DeFi also sent out its weekly interest payment statement every Monday because this was what I received in my email yesterday - after gloating with glee at Hodlnaut's interest payout. If you observe carefully, you can tell that my $5 worth of DFI has more than doubled to a decent $10.70 worth of DFI.

Monday blues effectively quelled!

Incidentally, both Hodlnaut and Cake DeFi happen to be registered companies in Singapore, so maybe it was not a coincidence that they decided to soothe the spirits of weary Singaporeans with an interest payout statement on Monday. In case you didn't know, Singaporeans work one of the longest work weeks in the world today - and many of us feel the stress arising from juggling the myriad commitments in our professional life, ranging from demanding clients to rigid bosses to uncooperative colleagues.

Seeing not one, but two interest payout statements every Monday helps generate fuel for me to propel through the rest of the week!

When do you receive interest payment statements? How do they make you feel?
